Located in the centre of Samarinda. Near Lembusuwana mall. Simple, clean and cozy hotel. Good for family and backpackers. Minimalistic design and architecture. Wi-Fi available. The bathroom is ergonomically designed. The front staffs are friendly and helpful, wake up call is also available. Provides good food at the Express Cafe.

It was great actually. The room was quite spacious, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and also the bathroom. The problem is, there were small ants on the table, not the itching when it bites one, but still its annoying to have ants in your room. The breakfast is also good, they serve omelettes, which I really love.

This is the worst hotel I ever been. Wi-Fi was very slow. The bed and pillow sheets is smelly and dirty. The hot water didn't work. Wastafel clogged. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Room window is very small, look like in prison. The bath room is very small even to get enter have very difficult. Shower equipment is very bad...during Breakfast diabetic sugar not available, menu is very limited and taste like rubish. I have not recommend this hotel to my colleagues as well as to my family and friends...

Stayed here for around 10 days because i had to visit my parents on hospital. Really close to hospital (5 mins walk). You can even walk to Lembuswana Mall! Beside a clothing store, resto, even laundromat. One of the biggest selling point is close to everywhere. Staffs are really nice, and superfriendly with kids. Food is ok (for the price really ok). I do recommend this place if you have business around here!

Great room, not too small, hot water for shower. But although its said room for 2, it doesnt have 2 table for work. Easy to access to convinence market, street food and drugstore. They meed more clear and biffer sign for new customer.

Reasonable price for 2 stars hotel with good location. Don't expect swimming pool here. You will get standard room with no carpet. Free breakfast and free WIFI, TV, AC, and standard bathroom with hot water. The hotel is appropriate for business trip.

Big dissapointment on a huge name like Amaris hotel, the room is like unfinished and dirty. Missing the hand shower and bed sheet was dirty. Lucky they overshade it a bit with an excelent service. Kind personel and services is a saving grace

Clean, comfy and minimalist design. The room is not quite big for twin bed, the toilet too narrow and the TV is to high. Not comfort whaching TV while laying on bed

Comfy for business travel, and the staff also so helpful. The bathroom is tiny but neat. However, there isn't any shower drape, dirty clothes plastic, toothbrush, also the paste. The breakfast is so-so. I'm always fond of dessert and I feel like the dessert they prepared wasn't fulfil my expectations.

After a long trip from Balikpapan, then we arrived late afternoon in Samarinda. The group and me decided to stay overnight in this hotel. Wow...this is a cozy and pleasant hotel. Travellers are recommended to stay here. Friendly and nice receptionist has granted us the first good impression on this hotel. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast was so delicious that attracts your appetite. Only TV needs improvement by the addition of more channels. Rooms should provide light sandals.

It was OK. Avoid staying in a room nearby the elevator, it's constantly beeping and a lil bit annoying. Exhaust system in the bathroom need improvement because the smell after taking shower is leaking to the room. The room design is kinda bland, but understanable since it's a budget hotel. Internet speed is slow, but manage to open email and some news on the web. But if you want to stream video, just forget all about it and watch telly. Beside all the minor things, it was a good place to sleep and rest. The recepsionists and the staffs are helpful, especially if you ask them nicely and respectfully. They are always smilling and give us welcoming vibe. They are the reason 4 stars in the review, without them it's only 3 stars.

Good enough. Small and simple room. I was booked the twin bed smart room. A toiletries and Hot water shower were available. No hairdryer was available in my room. The breakfast was so-so. Consist of maincourse, fruit, egg corner, bread and some buffet. Things that i like is they served a dispenser in every floor level, so traveller like me can freely filled our tumblr.
