Untuk kebersihan dilevel harga nya hotel ini sudah kelas premium menurut saya. Dan bila dicompaire dngn O*o hotel ini lebih layak 1 tingkat diatas nya. 2. Untuk pilihan kamar banyak. Ada single bed + kamar mandi dalem, single bed + kamar mandi luar, ada double bed kamar mandi dalam. 3. Hotel ini wangi (mungkin wangi karena dipintu masuk ada sebuah ruangan disamping receptionist sebagai tempat loundry pakaian customer hotel (bagi yg ingin pakaian nya di loundry dihotel ini) atau tempat cuci perlengkapan kain hotel (sperei kasur/bantal + selimut), kamar juga lumayan wangi & bersih (bantal, selimut, sperei) serta ukuran kamarnya lumayan sedang utk single bed, sudah ada Tv + AC yg super dingin di setiap kamar, jaringan WiFi lumayan, dan lokasi strategis. 4. Hotel ini syariah jdi tidak bisa leluasa membawa pasangan atau teman cewek diluar nikah ke kamar hotel ini, agar menghindari sesuatu hal yg tidak diinginkan. Wkwk Kekurangannya; 1. Ya mngkin letak nya karena didalam gang membuat hotel ini susah diakses oleh kebanyakan orang, terlebih kendaraan roda empat tak bisa masuk ke halaman hotel ini . 2. Tv dikamar ini kalau dinyalakan tak ada signal siaran Tv nya meskipun ada adaptor utk siaran Tv nya.. (untung saya orang yg udh jarang atau dah males nonton Tv jdi gk terlalu ngaruh.. wkwk) 3. Oh iya.. untuk handuk + alat mandi tidak disediakan oleh pihak hotel ini, jdi disarankan bawa handuk & alat mandi pribadi, namun bila tak ingin ribet pihak hotel menyediakan jasa sewa handuk yg bisa dipakai. 4. Dispenser tidak disediakan disetiap lantai hotel, padahal menurut saya ini wajib untuk ada disetiap lantai hotel. 😔 * Overall hotel ini rekomendet banget buat para backpacker yg low budget tpi ingin fasilitas yg lumayan & layak. Kalau dinilai dari 10-100 saya kasih nilai 90. Dan kalau nilai bintang mungkin saya kasih keseluruhan 4 bintang. Yang jelas saya akan langganan menginap kesini ketika low budget, krena menurut saya pribadi hanya hotel ini lah yg menyediakan kamar hotel dngn harga miring tpi manusiawi..Wkwk.. Sekian FR ane.

Tempat strategis tengah kota, masuk gang kecil cukup satu motor. Pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih tapi lantai lengket, view stadion segiri, free WiFi kencang. Pas dapet kamar 321 AC gak dingin sama sekali

Sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap disini,harga ramah dikantong, kualitas, kebersihan nya mantap plus diarea pusat kota Samarinda Minusnya cm airnya kurang lancar sempet di kamar mandi 10menit nunggu airnya gk keluar2 pdhl sedang pakai sabun 🤣. Setelah lapor ke petugas hotelnya langsung diperiksa dan Alhamdulillah airnya lancar

Worth it lah ya, guest house murah di tengah kota, dekat dari banyak fasilitas umum. 100k per hari untuk single bed dengan kamar mandi luar.
