Visited Mega Sentosa on 24 May 2022, my friend complained about TV was not on. Air conditioner is good, no lift so climbing up to the 2nd floor with stairs. Not far though. Coming with couple, ask for another towel. They provided only 1 each room

Very dissapointing. Dirty bathroom, the shower, TV and air conditioner is not working properly, cannot connect to Wifi and phone signal is kinda jammed. I got room next to swallow bird's nest and the chirp was too loud. This place have a lot of potential (near market, ATM, etc). Hopefully the owner will fix the problem and bring better service.

Havent been staying yet but as i read many comments regarding the service quality yet i canceled to book it lol

Totally bad. Everything is bad from service, receptionist very bad attitude, the room is dirty and smell bad and disgusting. Wifi not strength. It is not a recomended hotel. BAD!!!

Building conditions, cleanliness, standard room availability, room facility are poor compared to comfortable feelings measurements. Price relatively cheap. Only recommend for short periods stay.

An old hotel in center district in samarinda. The hotel dont have an elevator. The room size quite huge at reasonable price.

Need to lite the room, increase cleanliness. Neet to do pest control. Unless those points, else are OK for me.
