The room is smaller than the one in the photo but it is clean and comfortable. There's only 1 slipper for 2 people. The breakfast is fantastic! We love it. The taste is really tasty and offer us many choices from the appetizer to the dessert. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Recommended and nice hotel to be choosen...💜💜💜 Starting from very welcome front office staff up to room contitions along with strong wifi access make this hotel very worth for staying. Even the neighborhood was also offering a lot of option for culinary choice or even personal needs as well. The rest none issue shall be addressed about the hotel. From scale 1 till 10, I give this hotel for score 9.0....👍👍👍👌👌👌😉😉

The interior is fancy and clean. The room is clean and tidy. For a superior room, the toilet is a bit small, but it's still comfortable for a small family. The food is surprisingly delicious.

Had stayed there for a night on my way back to Jakarta,from Bontang. Nice location, service. Friendly staff and adequate service. It happened to be a new year night, so lot of noise was coming from outside.

A hotel with a strategic location because around the hotel there are minimarkets and many places to eat. It has a pretty big lobby but there are still people smoking in the air conditioned room. In a deluxe room type room with a king bed, clean bathroom and bedroom windows that can be opened. But the WiFi is slow on the 3rd floor in the middle, then when someone walks outside the room the sound will be heard and there is a renovation next to the building making a noisy sound. The breakfast menu varies from main course to dessert and is delicious. There is a spa and lounge.

It was fine. The hotel is a bit different from many other hotels. Here're what i find "different". 1st, THERE'S BALCONY ( i was quite satisfied with it). 2nd, The bathroom was located far from the door (which i find unique because most of others are near or right at the entrance door). 3rd, The rooms use old Air Conditioner (not central or build in AC). 4th, The arm chairs were made by woods (most of hotels were sofas) so it gives off old classic vibe. Other points that might sound pros and cons are: It gave a bit of old-dusty (?) smell when i entered the room, and also there was only one slippers :< although the rooms was meant for two. They didn't give shower caps or sanitary bag (maybe you have to ask for it, dunno). The restaurant was quite small, with not so much variations BUT delicious. I was happy to taste this "sup perut ikan kuah asam pedas". It's so yummy. The front staffs are quite friendly and helpful.

Overall's OK. Comfort for stay. Kind and friendly staff, always smiling. Easy for find food around (market and store etc.) Quick handling in service. Affordable room service's price. Lots of menu to choose. Approx. 50 minutes from the new airport. A bit noisy cause the wall is thin.

Very friendly staffs and warmth welcome from receptionists make every guest feels like at home. Even this hotel is rather new, the level of service is like veteran. Located on busy street make the place cramped.
