Good place for a one night stand only ...not a place for genuine-good night sleeps ...lack of illumination in the vicinity & within the buildings ...no hot water although the sign was there put on walls for hot water shower ...there's another real one place a good night rest named similar but with "Grand"

It is a budget hotel, located in one way street just the other side of the big river Mahakam, and walking distance to P. Kumala a river delta famous for tourists attraction. Rooms just so so, with aircon, cold shower with weak pressure. Rooms are never been cleaned up and checked unless requested. Aircon was not cold. There are plenty rooms but only occupied one during the stay 😅😁. Parking area is big. There is a nice outdoor cafe after hour with various drinks and foods in the menu. Across the street on river side there are many food stalls at night. Amenity only soap, towels. Buy your own drink and snack at a local convenient shop next door.
