    It is the newest version of Mesjid Agung Syekh Yusuf Gowa. The previous Mesjid was quite old architecture. Now, the Mesjid transformed after full renovation by the gowa's government. The name of Syekh Yusuf is derived from the name of prominent ulama in Sulawesi Selatan
