Very poor service, Food was horrible. They are very mismanaged and don't know how to serve a customer. I wouldn't recommend going there.

At least half an hour to get your food. No line, no token. Whoever make a noise will get his food first.

Very bad experience with al hafa restaurant .my order is tika boti sekh but chicken is not good net fresh chicken all chicken pieces is friees in fridge so don't have any tase ... Next Time im chose other hotel for bar b Q
