Came here for a rare massage and left feeling more frustrated then relaxed. I asked for a foot massage, and the lady kept stopping to serve coustermers at the counter, which took a good 15 mins out of my massage. Every time I began to feel relaxed, she'd stop again, I was specific when I asked for only a foot massage. However, she kept massaging my calves and thigh area instead. My partner also wasn't listened to, and the lady gave him a completely different treatment to which he asked for. Would not recommend or go back here.

We booked in for 3 people at 6:30, we got to the hyper dome and had a look around before our appointment. I then had a call at 6:30 saying that they need to push our appointment back to 7:00, that was fine but then come 6:45 we got another call pushing back the appointment to 7:30. We got there at 7:30 and paid and then were sat down for 10 minutes as they still had people in the massage area. Once we got to the massage chairs, there were 2 seats available so 1 of us had to wait another 20 minutes before actually getting sat in a chair. They then were pretty rough with our belongings, knocking our bag and throwing our shoes at our feet. I’ve come here before and it was quite good which is why we came back a second time. But The experience overall this time was just saddening and poor.

Worst massage I've even had. Was hit with the stool under table more than once.. elbow in the head ... wasn't a massage , he basically just rubbed his forearms over my back. Then came the cupping which was bloody horrendous and soooo painful I was crying. Then he rips them off roughly which also hurt to Then hit my back over n over. I was in so much pain I had trouble putting my shoes on. Went to front to complain on way out and noone there. I've walk out in twice as much pain as I went there and u able to twist without pain at all now... Very disappointing as I normally go fortnightly but I doubt I'll ever return again!!

Really disappointed, my family spent $115.00 , I received a whole body massage and a foot massage, I have been looking forward to this massage since Christmas. It has been two days since my massage and my back and feet are still sensitive to touch. Not what I expected after reading the reviews.

Really happy with 20 min quick neck and shoulder massage. Opted for massage with oil and to lie down. Great guy who was experienced and listened to my request for less pressure. I’ll go again for sure.

My partner and I love coming here. Everyone is highly trained in massage and it shows. They can always locate problem areas straight away. We always feel amazing leaving.

Disgusted with the service of this place, in particular Dr. Pan. My wife went there for accupuncture for sinus and he didn't even sanitise the area before inserting needles or use appropriate pressure points. He made her bleed from them and then called her fat and said that she needed to exercise more. Don't waste your money.

I go every week grate survice has really helped me thanku 😊
