Wanted to let everyone know that my experience with these guys was nothing short of amazing. Nick fixed my robotic pool cleaner under warranty in 2 days - in peak season. I came in to test water. If it wasn't for kev, the grumpy old man, who Yanked water out or another staff members hands and just simply did a paper ph test which i can do at home by the way), this place would be five stars. Kev was also given email address on three different occasions, one being written down by hand and given to him and still couldn't upload it to the system completely until Nick intervened. How is this guy working here still? Blood connections with David? Third incident i come in to purchase pool related item only to be brushed off. This may come as a big surprise kev, but not everyone wants to deal with your uselessness. Time to go to poolpro or other outlet

Been using these guys for 8+ years. Always helpful, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend that you give these guys a go if you're new to the area, if you have installed a new pool or if you're not getting the service you deserve from you current pool guys!
