I came in here to feed myself and my 2 children as a treat and after we received our food the manager came out and informed us that they had made the burgers incorrectly. He said they were making us the correct ones and we could keep the ones we already had. Excellent, polite service, hot fresh food, Very friendly and welcoming. Do recommend. Will be back.

I ordered dinner for 10 of our family using online ordering on Sunday night. This was the 1st time I've done this. It was reasonably easy except the horizontal scroll bar at the top to scroll through the different menus was not very user friendly. Once we managed to get all the meals ordered and the order was processed it was as easy as getting in the car and showing the order number in store when I arrived. The staff at Red Rooster Arana Hills were lovely and the food didn't take long to prepare and was delicious as always! We enjoyed a very Happy Birthday dinner at home largely in part to Red Rooster 🍟🍔🍗😋💜

Counter girl was friendly and did her best, however another young girl who I assume was the store manager at the time was rude and disrespectful. Thankfully I have choices and will simply never visit this store again. I now drive to the Albany Creek store as the staff are always friendly and polite. It takes me an extra 10mins but it’s well worth the time.

recently visited this Red Rooster by far the best one in Queensland. The owner really has this place managed and performing well. Full credit to him. Will definitely be returning soon.

Recently got take out via the drive through. Efficient and friendly service. Order was correct which is always nice. However. Prices have gone up and sizes have gone down. Strip sub/flayva or whatever it's called now usually is much longer and bigger. As an ex manager, I noticed it straight away. Pretty poor form shrinking the food and boosting prices. We'll be going elsewhere to get better value for money

Dude I heard clapping noises from the kitchen I didn't think anything of it. but then get i my fried chicken and there is a very suspicious liquid on top of it, didn't think red Rooster has reduced to this quality

After a big night of shopping and rude people everywhere at Chermside the last thing we wanted was a long wait for food or anymore bad service, we came here to Arana Reds and ordered our dinner. We’re absolutely pleased with our service from Josh, he was super polite and great at his job, he was just a breath of fresh air! Thanks so much mate! Also the food was great, thanks for the suggestion of the cheesy nuggs Josh, they were fresh and delish. We ordered within 1/2 hour of your closing time but we still received great service with a smile and attentiveness.

My personal experiences here have been very good. The service has been first class and the meals were fantastic. Well done team!

I ordered online to pickup from drive through, and it did not satisfy me. I ordered small onion rings that showed 7 onion rings (that are visible) on the photos. Only received 5 onion rings that tasted like McCain store bought ones, plus they were really tiny. Hungry Jacks have 8 big and juicy onion rings for the same price, definitely going there next time.

Always fresh and friendly staff every time! Definitely a cut above all the other classic fast food joints in the area!

Horrible at Arana Hills. They gave me the wrong order and the manager refused to correct the order. Shame on him. Not going back there again.
