Good pricing point, generous filling, full of flavor. I tried the Chicken and also the Caramelised Pork. The meat is super soft and delish, the bread is fresh and the ratios of the salad are just top notch. The Chicken also surprised me, they’ve nailed it here even the mayo. EDIT update as of June 2023: I ordered the caramelized Bahn Mi yesterday and there was wayyyy too much pork fat in my roll. To the point that I actually couldn’t finish eating it. Actually disappointed because this was a huge miss for me and I won’t be coming back in a hurry. But I did try the Jam and Cream Donut and it was so good!

Having driven 20mins was definitely worth the effort and would probably drive 40mins + for the best Banh mi rolls on the Gold Coast, and possibly some of the best pastries also. The rolls are filled with plenty of delicious meats and salad, overflowing. The spring rolls are fantastic and have not tried anything like them before. Both the lovely ladies who served me were extremely friendly and helpful, cannot wait to go back to try others.

Me & my partner were recommended this place by a work colleague. We spent about $30 all together for 1 x Crispy pork and 1 x Carammilized pork . Absolulty enjoyed the Crispy pork , I love crunch of the pirk when biting into my rolll it was delicious . Didnt quite like the caramailsed one as the meat made my roll soggy and hard to eat . The fillings were nice but I did feel it was over top with all the fillings, We also git 2 drinks aswell . Customer service was good and reaaonably priced , I would come back here agan if I felt like vietnamese and yes I would recommend it . They have seating to sit down and enjoy your meal

Generously filled Banh Mi quite reasonably priced. Good range of fillings to choose from, I've tried most now and they've all been good, hard to pick a favourite. Super friendly service. Baked goods are pretty good also

The best of the best! I have been searching for quality like this in QLD and I am so thankful! It was the best One I have ever had and I wish I could go back everyday to eat one, it was very very busy with a line out the doors, sadly they ran out of crispy pork belly at 1pm on a Sunday but I got a caramelised pork one instead and it was just as good! Get one when you can!!!

My favourite Vietnamese food on the Gold Coast!!! The quality is spot on every time, and portion size is such good value. My go to order is the Crispy pork on rice, no where on the coast does it as good as Miami Hot Bread. The staff are so lovely and the service is amazing. Thanks so much guys!!

Best Bahn mi in the Gold Coast. And also the cheapest somehow! Every local comes here so you know it’s good
