We were impressed with the professionalism from the initial chat, where we didn't feel pressured to rush on with the sale - we actually waited a year before pulling the trigger to sell it. It was the first time we sold a house, and he outlined very clearly everything involved in the process, being upfront with all costs involved. His direct team and partners are also amazing and very professional - all best in class. We felt completely supported throughout the whole process: From the initial meeting, through the house preparation, advertisement, sale and ending up with settlement. Putting your very first home up for rent plus moving can be an extremely daunting and overwhelming experience on its own, let alone being almost half way through a pregnancy.. I was referred to Place Estate Agents Albany Creek and guided by Ellie’s expertise throughout my journey and I cannot recommend her on her own plus her team along her side enough. There is never enough credit given to those who work in customer facing roles and Ellie and her team deserve more stars than I can provide. With Ellie’s ridiculous attention to detail, open, honest, consistent communication and thorough market knowledge, she made this process a piece of cake. I listened to her and was guided by her professional opinion and it certainly paid off. I did not worry. I did not stress. I have to say Ellie really was God sent! Having made such a big change in our lives moving to Australia we had almost lost hope with finding a rental until we met Ellie. She was wonderful and polite on meeting her and she really listened to what we were looking for as a family. She was readily available and always friendly and pleasant in all interactions no matter the time of day! We had such a wonderful experience that we will forever be grateful for all the assistance we received from Ellie and the team. They have really put us at ease and allowed us to give our daughter a stable home🙂

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and conduct by the agents here. We were signing a contract for a property, giving no time to look at it (sent contract at 6.30pm and someone else already signed to purchase at 7am the next day), ensure we were good on the finance and conveyancing side before it was already signed and sold to another buyer. We didn’t get any time to look at the contract or even counter offer which we would have done. There was no communication, unless it was calling to bait us to go higher even though we were the only people who the sellers accepted our offer. We have been completely mislead and baited by this company. If you’re after a dodgy sale who completely disregard any moral code, go here - they are your people, if not, beware! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from James and his team. Avoid at all costs. Updating from the joke of a response. James has blamed us for no contact despite him calling us once. One singular time. In regards to returning your calls, you sent he contract after business hours on the Monday, and we called you on Tuesday midday. That’s not a whole day later, regardless of the fact you told us that other buyers had signed at 7am Tuesday morning. Which again, gave us zero business hours to contact anyone, banks and conveyancing. Very rich of you to say you pride yourself on your customer service where it is clearly a lacking area. To blame us when you were the one who gave absolute no care to call or contact us, is absolutely despicable. This has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will tell everyone we know, to avoid this sham of a business. Disgusting.
