Wow this place just annoyed me so much. Felt so sorry for the duty manager assuming it was the duty manager as she was dressed differently and cared more. I think she was the only one working. I saw other staff but no one was working as hard as she was. Visited on a Friday night and ended up waiting nearly 25 mins. Wish we did drive through instead. They have been open for over 2 weeks now so l don't understand why there wasn't enough staff cos it clearly looked under staffed. Once our order was up, the duty manager did that packed our food apologized and upgraded our drinks and chips which l thought was nice but this place needs massive improvements and there were alot of unhappy people.

Appalling service at the kfc Keperra now consistently for the last 3 weeks!! Spoke to max the manager tonight!!! Very rude! In no way apologetic for making me sit waiting in my car for 15 mins for an order they forgot about using the excuse they were busy with 3 cars in the drive thru at 5:50pm on a Wednesday night!! Then telling me it’d be another 6 mins to make a simple burger meal!! I’ve complained multiple times & haven’t even had any return in contact!!! I’ll take my business to Grovely where they aren’t slow & rude!!!!!

just wanted to leave a review because I have come to this kfc a few times now and two of the times I have been served by Jeremy he has the worst attitude I have ever seen and is so rude to you. It is not a pleasant experience coming through being made to feel dumb and just being treated like trash. really not happy with the service Jeremy has had everytime ive been served by him. he also gave me a warm pepsi 😀 and saw him vaping after walking from my car 👍 19th May 2023 8:30pm

15 pieces in our giant feast and our 4 fillup chicken boxes had no flavour or spices. Plain battered chicken. Would not even know it was kfc chicken. Disgusting but too far to drive back as online order was wrong restaurant. ***UPDATE*** Received a $30 credit to be used at KFC Keppera......another giant feast ordered and almost a repeat of 3 weeks ago, the taste barely recognisable as KFC chicken. There is definately an issue with the cook that is responsible for the 11 herbs and spices at Keperra. Won't be going back there again, 0/2.😡

April 22, 11:50 pm every time I asked for a new item at the drive-through. The girl kept on saying is that all, is that all, is that all, I felt like I was being a real inconvenience. The chicken on my fillet burger was dry and chewy and had obviously been cooked too long ago. I had to return to the drive-through to go and get the sweet-and-sour sauce that I’d asked for when I ordered, but was not included in my order. I got no spoon for my coleslaw, and no napkins. Obviously poor training and lack of management of young staff.

Constantly miss items like 2 x large chips and then call you condescending when you tell them it happens every time. Poor customer service. Go elsewhere if you can.

Alot of the times when i go there the chicken is rubbery and inedable but thats not always the peoples there fault, Overall good food.

Something is not right at this store. I always see the staff standing around doing nothing. On multiple occasions I have witnessed staff on their mobile phones while wearing food safe gloves and standing at the make up bench. It’s clear procedures are not being followed here and I would be concerned about what is being transferred to the burgers these staff are making. The food is always old and flavourless. Putting and extra tender or sauces that were not asked for does not make up for the food being atrocious.

I ordered from KFC Keperra last night. It was a soggy mushy mess and the batter was falling off. It was as if it had been poached in warm oil rather than fried. The chips were starchy and undercooked too. The person I was sharing it with agreed with me that it was the worst fried chicken we'd ever had. I'm hardly a model for a good diet and have probably had fried chicken at least several hundred times. We're talking the worst fraction of the lowest percentile of my fried chicken experiences. This is comparing against service station chicken. I won't be ordering from this location again.

The chicken was so soggy that I could squeeze the oil out from the crunch. I love KFC but there is something wrong at this particular branch. This is not the first time when I had this experience at kfc kappera

I waited like 30 minutes for large chips.. they people at the counter were ignoring me the whole time.. I waited until eventually the manager saw I was waiting and served me. Love the food but yeah the service is E-

Chips were cool and soggy. Burger was cold the chicken on it was like straight from refrigerator. I don't recommend this place at all. Super sub-standard.

It's a nice new, clean store with plenty of parking. I had very good, friendly, quick service near closing time one night from what I could see was just a single staff member on duty. I ordered a Zinger burger and chips. Sad to say they were pretty ordinary. I'm sure the rest of the menu would be better?

Decent KFC, but how is it possible to forget the sauce EVERY SINGLE TIME? Starting to think its a management cost cutting incentive. Its not up to the customer to double check all the time.. please fix it!

Good food, not oily, not too dry, long wait however. but a young man with curly black hair named Lachlan explained that it would take a little long, as they were busy, very responsible and very professional. returning here again soon. loved the twister.

Food is fresh and great tasting. Young lass that served me at the counter was well presented and polite. I don't eat out much, this was a great and pleasant experience. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Well done to the crew.

Nice and clean. Good chicken and served fast. Friendly staff, enough seating and lots of parking as it’s same lot at Bunnings.
