Always a fast moving line which is amazing. The staff work so hard. There was a new girl training today and they seemed to be helping her and supporting her well.

Been going here for a few years and always enjoyed the coffee. What I do find disappointing is that a large franchise such as zarraffas are purposely advertising outside a local coffee shop in Arana Hills. In fact the billboard actually faces the coffee shop. I’m all for advertising but the way in which you went about it is completely rubbish. Let’s support more local businesses and not try to purposely take the micky out of them but advertising your shop directly outside of theirs.

Never disappoints! Come here quite often and always greeted by a friendly face (aka Jacob). Every time I have ordered here Jacob is smiling, laughing, asking about my day, cracking jokes and vibing with customers. This guy definitely deserves a raise!!!

Met exdaughter in law after 10 or more years of not meeting up, had to wait for about an hour for daughter in law who lives ten minutes from these shops so had time to observe very good customer service, well mannered polite friendly staff.When I received my coffee was as ordered mug of extra hot skim latte. Advocado smashed was excellent, that was worth the wait. 😁🙏

Always friendly service and delicious coffee! A lot of other coffee from other cafes is either bitter or too sweet. Whenever I get a coffee from Zarraffas it is blended and put together with perfection. I absolutely love coming here on the regular!

The drive through is a traffic hazzard for customers of other venues in this vicinity. Not a smart set up.

Always kind and efficient service! Gets busy at times and the drive thru backs up to the road but it always clears quick!

Despite being part of a franchise, these guys consistently make some of the best brews in Brisbane. The staff are always cheerful and upbeat, which is no mean feat in customer service. The line can be incredibly long at times, but they power through orders and the wait is well worth it. Road trip staple.

Consistently make errors with pricing (over pricing) when ordering drinks, requiring them to be alerted and encouraged to correct their errors (whether intentional or not, I'm not sure...). Beverages often served cold

Lovey little Zarraffa’s - we come here often because the dine-in atmosphere is pleasant and all the staff we’ve interacted with have been lovely! We always make this a pitstop on trips home.

Went in today and was served by a lovely young lady Jean. She was really knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. I had the hibiscus and cranberry iced tea and it was amazing, would definitely recommend!!

Consistent and friendly. Jacob is always a friendly face who has always delivered quality product consistently and does a great job of remembering names and orders.

Drive thru for coffee and food. Ordered chicken cheese ciabatta with bacon and bbq sauce. That's what I was charged for. First time given smashed ago with bacon. Second attempt given chicken and cheese ciabatta missing bacon and sauce. Even after explaining what it was I ordered and paid for they still managed to get it wrong. On top of a soy caramel latte instead of extra shot latte on full. Well done champs.

Zaraffa's here is always great, while there can be a wait time dependent on how busy they are, it is always worth thr wait. I don't think I've ever had a coffee that was any less than stellar here.

I ordered a hot chocolate, the froth was nothing special and it tasted like they used cheap marshmallows so I had to scoop them (marshmallows) out and put in the bin as I didn’t want it to ruin the flavour of my drink. Definitely not worth $6.25. The cash register lady was nice though.

Usually my coffees are made to perfection but today a guy was put on the machine and has made the coffee like water, which no one wants from their favourite coffee shop

Moved in recently, and this Zarraffa's has made my exact coffee orders to perfection! Definitely recommend if you enjoy Zarraffa's coffee.

We went and it was busy the drive thru had an employee taking orders well prior to the speaker box. So we decided to go in. Was probably better to go the drive thru when it's busy. But otherwise the Tea was great and the coffee was also well made and had good taste. I'd recommend

Can’t go past the caramelised fusion for an ice coffee option! Do a great job with pumping out the drive-thru orders during busy periods! Great Staff and Highly recommend!

Really good coffee but it's a little on the expensive side There's a drive through for extra convenience. Staff could be friendlier. But overall, not bad.

Been here three times, each time the staff are so friendly and polite. Coffee always perfect and I love the vegan zed wrap toasted, so good!

Had a free tall iced coffee but didn't know oat was extra, so they made me one with normal milk. Unfortunately I couldn't have that and was notified that oat would be extra, which I was fine with but the manager let it slide which I really appreciated as am having a bad day! Great customer service at work 10/10 would recommend Zarrafa's Groverly!!!

Disappointed - took my money nice & easy. The wait for my order was reasonable considering the time (8am.) Person at delivery window very curt & abrupt. Drove away only to find half my breakfast order missing. To far to go back. Just check your WHOLE ORDER before leaving even if it holds up the waiting cars behind you.

Manager/owner (older indian fellow) is very unprofessional and rude. Ordered 2 hot drinks and the poor girl who was made to take the drive through orders outside in the pouring rain, must've accidently put them in as cold drinks. I go to the first window to pay and the manager confirms the order as an ice latte, I correct him and say we wanted hot drinks. For some reason the guy has a mini tantrum, he doesn't take payment, slams his window shut then points us to the next window. The girls in the next window also confirm our order as ice lattes but had no issues changing it to hot lattes. I get coffees there regularly and it's been great, but this one staff member has definitely turned me off from the place
