A five star experience all around! I love this gym. My kids love this gym. The staff all love this gym and you can see how happy they all are working there. The classes are small and offer variety. You can conveniently book your kid/s into a class online or be added to a waitlist if the class is full. The coaches are enthusiastic, engaging and caring. The facilities are very clean. The reception staff say hello to your kids by name as you walk in - MIND BLOWN! I wish I'd found this gym sooner!

Great place and friendly staff

Signed up both my kids aged 2 and 4 a few weeks ago at the open day. A range of classes that they both love and a great way for them to enjoy being active and gain confidence. Friendly coaches and clean areas. Looking forward to coming here for a while with the kids.

Our kids have been going to the gym for over three years and we have loved watching them develop new skills. The staff are so encouraging and there is always a friendly welcome when you arrive. The variety of classes and the time table work really for us and the kids hate missing out on classes if we have to go away or when they're not feeling well. Classes are a favourite part of our weekly schedule 😊

Perfect place for all ages kids. There are amazing coaches and classes that your kids must love. We’ve done my daughter’s birthday party and all of her friends said ‘the best party ever!’ I totally recommend this place for your kids.

My First Gym Salisbury is fast becoming our community. Not only has it helped our daring son to learn how to run, jump and “crash” safely (his words), but it’s helped develop his communication, body strength, flexibility, awareness and social skills. Free play before or after some classes has also given us, his parents, a chance to meet other parents and relax as our kids are having the time of their lives. I don’t know of any other local experience like this, and the fact it is priced so economically makes it attainable for most families. I also believe they work with NDIS, and they welcome diversity in all its ways. I’m so incredibly glad this gym was recommended to me, and I will continue recommending it to all who listen!! NB - Great to know you choose your classes week to week so there’s amazing flexibility, doing two or three classes a week is only nominally more than doing one, parking is accessible and generally plentiful.

Really wish these guys were around when I was a kid! It always looks like so much fun, my daughter absolutely LOVES going! The staff are all so great, fun, friendly, and caring! Such an awesome way to keep the kids active, educated about fitness, entertained, and to make new little friends too!

Parent opinion: I have 5 kids that attend classes here so we are here a lot! 😆 The coaches really care, and are amazing at teaching the kids new skills whilst still having lots of fun. The date nights are also a hit! My kids love coming here, and we’re so glad we found it! Child opinion: All the coaches are very friendly and always give more than one chance. The classes always challenge us (it’s not just easy stuff) which I really like. I really love coming here!

We are so impressed with the staff in this Gym. Georgia is exceptional - with a professional attitude, she offers a very positive experience to families at every visit. Able to handle any situation and questions, Georgia is a great leader of an excellent team. Well done!

Amazing facilities. The bright colours, ambient music, and extroverted staff make it the perfect environment for children to get the physical activity they need, all while having fun, and making new friends. Will definitely be back with the team!

Fun and good variety for toddlers up to high school kids. Lots of choices of different classes including ninja warrior, gymnastics, sports, boxing, dance and general fitness, along with some more sensory playgroup style classes for the littles.

Absolutely love this place! Small class ratio's with great class variety, the coaches know all the children by name and have a great rapport. The club manager is amazing to deal with and has proven to be so accomodating with all my queries. Love how they are continually developing their community presence with Colour Run's, BBQ's and fundraising for schools and charities. 10/10 would recommend

Most friendly staff and great environment for children to learn skills in many sports I have 6 kids who attend and injoy there gym classes regularly

I can’t talk highly enough about the coaches and team at MFG Salisbury. We had my son’s 3rd birthday there on Saturday and omg what a party it was! The staff made sure everything was perfect, from helping me set the venue up, to the timings of each activity, to entertaining each guest and learning their name… nothing was an issue and they took care of everything, kept 20 boys entertained for over 2 hours and the best part - parents could sit back and relax! Big shout out to Coach Jordan, Coach Ana and Coach Jada for going above and beyond to always making sure my son and his friends were having THE best time. “My favourite part was when Coach Jordan picked me up and flew me around like Batman” - Birthday Boy, 3 years old THANK YOU MFG SALISBURY! ♥️

My son loves his classes here at MFG Salisbury. We got a great deal for four lessons per week. It worked out to be approximately $8 per lesson of 45 minutes duration. Great value for money. The classes keep my son active in a wide range of activities such as Parkour, Ninjas warriors, Martial Arts and Sport movements. The School holidays camps are great and good values too. Great for home-school kids.

Kids love it. Great facilities, staff are very friendly. Sometimes there are enough classes on at convenient times.

My 2 year old daughter ADORES MyFirstGym and is always so excited when I tell her we're going to "Jumping Joeys" (the 2-3 year old classes). Her coach is like a fun aunty 🥰. The ninja-warrior-style gym provides such awesome fun for all ages!

An excellent night of fun dancing, games and food for Halloween! Kids all had a blast! There was decorations, disco party and big play areas themed for fun! The staff were all dressed up 😂 Kids had a great time! Thank you My First Gym!!

My son enjoys all the class he attends, he eagers to attend as many as class he can though he attends 4 lessons a week already. Most important is that coaches and staff are friendly.

Went in for a trial class today and was so impressed. My son loved the free play area and totally enjoyed the ball skills class. Coach Lauren was excellent and knew every child's name, keeping them engaged the whole time. The manager, Georgia was very friendly and helpful and even came into the gym to play with the children as she showed us around. Can't wait to go back.

My 2.5 yo girl has developed her motor skills so much since joining this gym. It's great we can also visit the gym anyday for additional playtime. The staff and teachers are super friendly and helpful always.

Staff are very friendly and remember our son’s name even we just visited twice in the last month. Cleanliness is great. Our boy is only 9 months old and he joined the youngest group and had fun there. A few more highchairs will be good and more younger kids can sit down for meals after playing.

Wow ow Wow - My 2.5yr old son just loves this place. I know this as he talks about it constantly when we are not there. When I say " we are going somewhere fun today (could be the beach or the park ) he always shouts "MY FIRST GYMMMMM" and then I say "...No, that is on Monday's and Tuesday's" :D - He would go every day if he could! We love it there. It is SO clean and tidy. The instructors are very kind and always pic up my twin girls if they are crying and I am helping my son in his class. Thank you My First Gym!

We went here for birthday parties and the kids love it! We are coming back for school holiday as well so hopefully it will be good!

Great place for active kids

On arrival was rudely ignored by receptionist lady while they were having casual conversation on phone for many minutes. Not even acknowledged. Why are you even there?
