It is what it is... But i understand that the centre management has been (5yrs ago) hard work. Shop space is very expensive compared to foot traffic.

What more could one want. Plenty of excellent restaurants With very pleasing atmospheres Right beside the water and animal sanctuary. Clean, friendly atmosphere throughout. Parking is easy and night time some restaurants have live music and plenty of lighting of the natural surroundings. Great place.

A good little place with quite a good few bistros and restaurants. My favourite is Opa Greek Cuisine. The gyros are incredible!

Barcella's Resteraunt, for dinner i had the slow cooked King Henry Lamb shank with red wine jus sauce, green beans and beautiful creamy mash potatoes. The lamb shank was a 530 gram cooking sensation deliciously, melt in the mouth and falling off the bone! You won't go home hungry after this one. The music was nice every Saturday night, seating outside is beautiful by the lake. Booking is essential if you would like to sit outside i would recommend. Ask for a table closer to the water where you can look over the balcony and see the turtles. When you arrive at Barcella's the Menu Outside displays the lunch and breakfast Menus. Not so much the Dinner Menu, so when you go ask at the counter to see the Dinner Menu. I have posted the Dinner Menu. The prawn entree was delicious, as always cruncy texture and fresh. I have been back to this place, 4 times now during the day, afternoon, and for Dinner.

Perfect location beside the lake with a backdrop of thick bushland. Resident small turtles swim over to greet visitors.

Loved it, but the exit from the parking is very confusing, as always after several visits will get used to it, but please add exit signs

I had a beautiful Soup of the day and magnificent scones at Harvest Cafe. Lovely staff and very nice coffee. Great place to meet up for lunch. Next to Aldi and Skippy fruit market.

The complex was quite clean and tidy and generally well maintained. Reasonable selection of typical complex shops. Quit handy for people from the Bay Islands to come in and shop at as only a 5 minute trip from the ferry terminal to the complex.

Outdoor mall/shopping plaza sprawled over a few blocks. Lots of great food options, many independent local businesses such as the newsagent, massage parlour and travel agency.

Went to the movies to see Book Club the next chapter, then had lunch. Very nice film and lunch.

It's clean an open, what I found was there was no map of the store locations so pretty much ask any of the shop assistants.

This is our local shopping centre and it is sad to see so many empty shops. We mainly visit for Kmart, Best and Less and Eds PCs

Moving around the area is difficult when delivery trucks are around. A dedicated area for deliveries would help relieve congestion. Good fruit and veg.

Main reason for my visit was Spendless Shoes. Easy to find what I was looking for with very helpful and friendly staff. Not what I usually say after shoe shopping as its often difficult to find sz11 shoes. Highly recommended for style, fit and friendliness of staff

For someone who doesn't live in the Redlands anymore, I visit here too frequently. It's a nice little area at Victoria Point and brought a much needed upper-middle to food options in the area.
