Been into the store a couple of times and I seem to get served by the girl with the dreadlocks most of the time and I must admit she smells really bad of B.O! It’s very off putting. I think a deodorant reminder might be the go for this girl.

This is truly the best pet store I've ever visited in my life! It has great selection and unique range of products, super tidy and well-said out store, plenty of parking available, convenient trading hours, but more importantly the amazing RSPCA team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly with every customer making you feel valued and special, - they'd always spend time with you providing tailored advice and recommendations based on what you need, - such a positive and professional communication style that makes you loyal to just this pet store ☺️ They also have beautiful animals for adoption right at the store! I do all my shopping for pets only there, and I also feel special knowing that all money goes to animals. And I always visit Black Cat cafe next to the shop for my cup of coffee ☕ The best pet store, highly recommended!

Great selection of all the things you need for your fur baby! I have been back so many times in the past week just picking up more and more things for our new puppy. Don't underestimate the amount of Kongs your teething puppy will need! Staff are attentive and knowledgeable, great stock, and you're supporting the RSPCA as well!

Lots of great stuff for pets and you can adopt cats from the shop too. This is Wallace who is looking for his forever home. He is a very courteous gentleman, exceptional manners and loves head scratches.

Staff are lovely and helpful but found products are more expensive($50 more for a 20kg bag of dog food) and don’t price match.

Great range of products at good prices. Members program which rewards you with random discounts and vouchers. Nearest supplier of fresh raw dog and cat food brand our pets eat.

I have bought dog harnesses/leads, cat towers (x2) and pet food. I am always pleased with the quality and price of what I get. The people manning the desk are always kind and friendly.

We visited twice in the process of adopting a fine young dog, who is now settling well into our family. RSPCA is very well run, and the shopping for various equipment was helpful and informative. More than happy to see some of the pet keeping revenue flow to this organisation and supporting their work.

Brilliant selection of pet need and wants. Is definitely a must if you're a new pet owner. Lovely service and welcoming though prices are a bit high.

My kids and I went there to get a adopted pet who is just what we were looking for the kids had a great time they enjoyed running around looking at all the puppies and kittens we ended up getting a couple of guinea pigs the service and experience was a fun experience for me and family

Nice staff and good things for your pets. It is expensive but it does go towards caring for the animals. Good quality raw frozen food with no nasties in it.
