Current Coffee is an excellent extension to West Seattle's specialty coffee scene. Being a barista, it's the kind of place I'll frequent on days off. You've got a couple of different options for espresso which is a nice touch and the filter's been tasty. The interior is warm, invitational and cozy (and just a touch like my grandma's home... on my mom's side of the family – she has good taste trust me). Definitely would check em out if I were you.

I always enjoy coming to Current Coffee, my favorite in all of Seattle. From the moment you step inside, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere is irresistible. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, and Tyler (owner) / the barista was always ready with a warm greeting and a smile. What also sets this coffee shop apart is the quality of the coffee itself. The beans are carefully sourced, and the barista takes great care in crafting each cup. It’s simply delicious. Excellent choice of fresh, specialty beans to buy and make at home, too.

I went to Current Coffee with my grandmother today and really enjoyed it. The building and interior design are just gorgeous. I loved the mural and the library-esque upstair vibe. My grandmother ordered a latte and I had an Americano with steamed oat milk. Both were delicious and tasted quite high quality. The owner is a very friendly fellow who chatted with us for a bit. Definitely a cool spot in West Seattle that’s worth trying out.

Great new coffeehouse in Admiral! Great vibes, coffee.. upstairs area reminds me of warm coffeehouses from back in the day with comfy wooden chairs/booths & brick wall. Lots of outlets. Great place to sip, work or chat. Congrats on the launch guys!

We love this coffee shop in North Admiral. We've been coming here since it opened and it is consistently excellent. The staff are always engaging and put a smile on my face. We also love to sit out front in the Adirondack chairs and talk about life.

This is the best coffeeshop in Seattle, bar none. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and good at what they do. The owner, Tyler, is personable and incredibly passionate about coffee. The coffee drinks they make are done with care and intelligence. Such a great neighborhood spot.

Beautiful, light-filled coffee shop with seating upstairs optimal for quiet studying or reading. The seasonal latte & cheddar lye roll were fantastic. It’s clear that bean quality is a top priority.

Great spot for teleworking when you need a change from the home office. They've maximized the seating upstairs and you can usually find a spot even when it is busy. The baristas are really friendly! Nice neighborhood coffee shop vibes.

Very nice coffee! Good pastries. Excellent ambiance with games and books in the sitting area on the first floor. It's a new coffee shop on the block, about a year old and it definitely beat my expectations of coffee. Its a serious specialty coffee shop with a selection of single origin coffee beans, La Marzocco machine and beautiful latte art. Will go back for more whenever I visit west Seattle.

THE. BEST. COFFEE. SHOP. IN. WEST. SEATTLE. That's it. That's all you need to know. Amazing, locally roasted coffee curated by the owner. Amazing, friendly and technically strong baristas. If you go to a coffee cupping experience, you won't be let down. AND, their current scones and sea wolf bread make it a notch above the rest. ❤️

One of my favorite coffee shops in West Seattle! A simple coffee menu and pastries from Seawolf. There’s usually plenty of workspace upstairs— quiet enough to study/read/etc.

This place is really doing a great job being part of the community and not just a business. They always share a bit of local news if you have the time to chat, or they'll get you on your way if you're busy. They'll put sprinkles on your mocha even if you're an adult. If that doesn't make your day I don't know what would.

Okay, so the coffee is pretty good. My issue is that at least half the time I swing by, they have absolutely nothing in the bakery case, or they only have cookies. I’ve gone in twice this past week, well before noon, and they’ve had nothing to offer in the way of food.
