Avoid. You have been warned. I came here for years and the previous people used to take delightful care of me. My local family was a joy. Strange now. Food quality deplorable (see picture below). Picture is of a Garden omelet and is a tiny disk. But it's not the culinary concern, it's something else. I will not file a complaint and I will not take anyone to court. I actually will not take any action in this life at all, other than, as an Abrahamist, I will make a supplication to G-d for a resolution to much greater problem, in my own words. Should take me minutes. I will forget and move on. I invite all to this way of mine, and the renunciation of deplorable value systems. My cash tip, keep it.

We came around 1am. The staff was very friendly and respectful but the kitchen staff struggled. Our breakfast took forever to arrive. The manager and wait staff seemed almost as frustrated as we were. The sourdough toast was stale. How they decided it was okay to use stale bread is beyond me. It seemed to me that the staff was new as several folks seemed less comfortable with their roles. The four cooks in the kitchen spent a lot of time staring instead of cooking even though the tickets were piling up. I would wait a few more months for this location to sort out its kinks. I know it has been hard to hire restaurant workers in the pandemic.

One of my favorite breakfast places in Bellevue for days when you don't have time to decide on a eatery. 1. The new Spring/Summer menu is promising 2. Service and Ambience is great/fast on most days 3. Eggs Benedict were a little soggy but tasted good ; Loved the crepes and french toast

I came here with my friend for the first time to try some English breakfast. The food was good and the ambience was pretty good. I really liked her and hope to keep on coming in the future.

Late night soulfull food. Thnlink no more and go straight to ihop. Servers here arecreally friendly, such nice people and good food. Chocolate chip pancakes are my fav.

Visited first time this place during this trip and it is an amazing food with mega sized portions. Enjoyed American style delicious and mouth-watering pancakes and omelettes. Kids have enjoyed the food and customer service is great. Certainly recommend this place for families with kids.

We went in on Monday at 11 am. Even though they had a party of 30, there was no wait for service or food. The food was good. The waitress was amazing! I was very impressed by the service!

I really like this restaurant, excellent service and great food. I always go with my husband for breakfast or brunch. You can spend around $70 with tip and service included.

I know I know it’s a chains and not good generally but actually it’s nice for late night and the service and food are definitely acceptable for late night dinner:) and for the lovely worker here yes I will give it 3 star.

Nice place to have breakfast on a holiday. There will be a wait time of 20 minutes for a dine in on a weekend. Once seated in, the service is pretty quick and fast. We ordered the hot chocolate which was delicious and there were unlimited refills. Same with coffee. We also ordered the original buttermilk pancakes and blueberry pancakes. They were delicious and the quantity was good enough for three people. We also ordered the breakfast sampler which was pretty filling.

The best $6 spent ever in US. The lady who took my order was super friendly, the food was brilliant despite the $6 pricing. My wife and I were very happy. We are definitely coming here again!

Definitely one of the best iHop I’ve been to. Amazing customer service. Fatima was a great server. She smiled and she was friendly. The manager also came by the table often to check to make sure everything was okay. Parking is easy to find. A family of about 10 came in for breakfast and there was enough seating for such a large party.

It's IHOP. You know exactly what you're getting: cheap, filling food that tastes good but probably isn't healthy. Endless diner coffee The service here is quick, and the food is hot. All in all a very reliable, friendly location.

First time at iHop. Service is great here! Waiters are very attentive they take over empty plates and refill water timely. Food portions is good. They gave us extra milkshake for our whole table to share. I went at 10pm def good to be one of the few restaurants open at late night.

I love this place. Polite staff and food is good. This time we ordered strawberry cheesecake waffle combo , which came with eggs, hash brown and pork sausage/bacon. As I am vegetarian, there was an option to swap the pork with the plant-based one. We also took grilled chicken biscuit with a side of fruits. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Do not go. If I could give -5 I would. Waited for around 35-40 minutes. Steak was not edible, ordered 2 steaks and both were tough to cut. The lemon crepes had a super strong bleach taste and could not eat. The cooks can't cook and the manager only gave a small discount off of the stake.

I had a disturbing experience with an individual who presented herself as a manager but avoided providing a name, although explicitly requested. I had my dog with proper ID; however, interaction discussing the situation could be best referred to as hostile or harassing. My impression was either the individual was expressing hatred against the dog or ethnic minorities. The harassment continued when I went inside to tell our party that I was leaving because of the experience, and here she showed up again, threatening the server NOT to take any orders and asking us to leave. Very disturbed and disappointed. There could be policies, protocols, and even rules about a business, and we all respect that; what separates winners and others is communication and attitude. Unfortunately, hard-working crews are keeping these places running. Still, bad management and poor customer experience are chronically disruptive, and if I could have given zero stars only to the so-called manager, I would have happily done so.

Got seated quickly and the waiter brought over any and everything we needed with the quickness! My mom and I had a really good meal!

The steak I ordered was nasty, I couldn't finish it no matter how hard I tried. I ended up puking all my dinner up a few hours after consumption. The service was good, not the best I've had. The waitress was flirting with me the whole time. Made me feel super uncomfortable. The rest of my party complained about poor food quality as well. I probably won't come back here unless in a group setting.

I went with family for dinner. It used to be my favorite late night stop for food. There used to be many omlette options now it is only one. Waffles, burrito, enchiladas took the omlettes place here. New approach for various kinds of customers. But the IHOP tradition is diluted here. Ambience was a bit cold or waitress put us into a different corner. I saw some different section was all empty but waitress took me to opposite side. I didn't understand. There was some white people's party was ongoing. 😒

I order a steak with eggs and toast and hash browns with notes saying I will like ketchup, utensils and spicy salsa and what they give me breakfast syrup like really

All I can say is… WOW AMAZING TIME AT IHOP. Literally my first review I want to do because it was such a heartwarming and awesome experience. Our amazing waitress Ryley kept her smile on at all times. She literally gave great recommendations on what to drink and it tasted so good. Also, Ray came by and helped take dishes from us when Ryley was busy. He made sure we were good and it was truly an amazing experience with both these individuals. Can’t wait to keep eating here with the cleanliness and great hospitality.

The service was good. Everyone was very friendly. We did have to wait to be seated for about 30 mins but that was not a problem. We took a quick stroll around the place. The spicy Omlet was the highlight. Loved the variety in the menu

Our servers on 4th Jan 2022 were helpful and friendly. Food was good too with lovely orange egg yolks! Great option for breakfast.

I love this IHOP, but tonight they kind of messed up. Quick question. Is the bacon on a blt hot or cold? My opinion is should be hot. The bacon was cold like right of the refrigerator. It really changes the taste. Can the coffee cups be any smaller. I got tea and you couldn't be bothered to even fill it up. Please pay attention to the food a little. Seems like the food has gone south because of Covid-19.

Visited about a month ago. Got the steak omelette. Food was pretty standard for an IHOP, but Myrna was super friendly and helpful with recommendations (also let me know about a substitution in one of the dishes). Great service, but did wait a bit for the food though.
