We visited Matt's for happy hour on a Friday afternoon. It was busy but the bartenders and servers were friendly and patient! The clams were okay. I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat them, but I also wouldn't say they're awful. They just weren't my thing. The burger and fries were delicious though!

Dining at this restaurant was a very pleasant experience, as even though it was crowded, it was not noisy. The waitress had a great personality and did a great job. The food was fantastic! Our group had a variety of different dishes from seafood to steak to salad, and they are all prepared well and tasted great. This place is highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

came in at 12:05. Restaurant is practically empty. There are five tables sitting outside And a half a dozen inside. Asked the server for their very best meal, She suggested fish tacos. This is not what I had in mind for a find meal but gave it a try. tacos consist of about 6 ounces of grilled halibut over a bed of cabbage on a fried corn shell with a side of pico and guacamole. The meal came out in minutes so the service was good. The sauces used on the tacos is very good The fish seems fresh. I recommend having a signature dish, having the servers check back in with patrons after food is served, above all you need to change your format to entice more patrons. Extremely large overhead means you need higher volume of business to maintain. Overall average. With so many restaurants in this area you can’t survive just being average. I will not return. On the way out the door I noticed it the bartender shocking oysters. It would’ve been great to try their oysters. I wish the server let me know they had them right now.

Sat at the bar late at night (9pmish). Mikey (bartender) was fabulous! Made a great "Ginny Hendrick's". Cool restaurant! Got full, so will have the oysters next time. Ate too much of the Calamari, Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and grilled Asparagus. Delicious food!

Good environment, great food and service! Oyster is very fresh, and has a sweet taste. We ordered clams, stroganoff and ribeye. All are delicious. It’s my birthday today, we went there without any reservations. Asked if they have any birthday special. They gave us a dessert for free. It also comes with a happy birthday tag. Will visit again.

Business trip and needed a meal that was better than burgers or Raman. They have Aviation gin and blue cheese olives, so the bar meets my minimum requirements. The spinach salad was excellent--meaty bacon and raw mushrooms. The salmon was a touch overcooked, but I ate all it. Service is first rate. The bar is spacious and perfect for watching Paul Sewald send the Diamondbacks to the World Series.

Atmosphere was grea, staff was very friendly and food was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend eating here. We had the rotisserie chicken and meatloaf.

The food was OK. Wish food was warmer, and appetizers came out before main meal.

We have been visiting Matt’s for the last 16 years. Every single guest we had visiting from out-of-state have been at Matt’s with us and they all have loved it. My sons always said Matt’s have the best kids menu of their childhoods. We recently had an special event at their private dinning room and we could be happier. Matt’s staff surprised us by exceeding our expectations. I mean, we have been here many times and they managed to surpass everything we have experienced with them! Our son’s graduation party was amazing. All our closest friends for out-of-state came and everyone agreed the food was absolutely delicious. We are proud to have Matt’s in our neighborhood. Lots of my family special moments have been celebrated right there.

We've been coming to Matt's for almost 20 years. We love their casual atmosphere, diverse menu, best buffalo wings, seafood chowder, Caesar salads and burger. They also have a great cocktail menu for a nice happy hour get together. Perfect for family gathering because everyone can find something they like.

We went there for happy hour. We’ve tried almost everything on the happy hour menu. The oyster was fresh, pizza was delicious, but the service was disappointing. It took a while to get us seated. It took an even longer time to order the food.

Lots of happy hour attendees, so go early for a seat. $7 for a glass of house wine. Despite the busy scene, efficient service. Free parking at Redmond Town Center mall.

Great location, service was good and our waitress was super nice. Plenty of menu options for happy hour. 3 stars because I had discomfort after eating the food.

Excellent lunch at Matts on a Saturday, garnering 4.5 stars. Solid 4.8 goes to the King Salmon with veggies, 4.2 stars to the Short Rib Stroganoff (maybe a tad less of the lovely sweet onion?), and a strong 4.5 to the seafood chowder. Ambiance and service faultless. Well done, guys!

Love the going in for happy hour here! The cocktails are so well crafted and they have a wide selection of appetizers too.

We decided to finally come in for trying out dinner. Naturally, we tried out the fried oysters, some truffle fries and fish tacos. The food was ok, but it's mainly the smoky Mezcal cocktail that stood out.

I went to Matts a few days ago and it was pretty good. I didn’t go for the sit down table and went to the bar directly. The bartender working there was pretty fast in greeting me and providing me with menu. I chose to go with their fresh oysters along with nachos. The oysters were fresh and tasty. They came with cocktail sauce and another very light sauce which I didn’t know the name for. I personally prefer cocktail sauce much more so that’s what I used. The nachos I had was very good, loaded with cheese and chicken. It was delicious and I was really surprised that I finished it all by myself. The restaurant itself is in the 2nd floor and is pretty large. There is a lot of parking spot available so it is very convenient for families large or small.

Nice location in Redmond downtown. The atmosphere is always nice and the food is always great. The yummiest thing here for me is the bread pudding omgggg love it! hope this will stay in the menu forever! The location is also very convenient with parking available nearby

Really quality food! Everything is so well prepared and the flavors are fantastic. I loved the halibut tacos as well as the mahi mahi.

Nice patio dining in Redmond Town Center. The halibut fish & chips was delicious, reminded me of the real deal in England. They helped me with a good Chardonnay that went perfectly with the fish. A very good dining experience.

Recently at at Matt's twice while back in town since moving away. Food and Service were at good as ever. Had the Halibut Special and the Salmon. Both were fresh and cooked perfectly. You're not going to do any better on food on the Eastside.
