The hospitals have improved since the renovations, though the lack of punctuality is shown in the workers. A bit of inconsistency with directions as it can get confusing where you are asked or directed to go to, so hopefully they can get more workers to guide patients and the public around places and to be there to help out.

Their is no address. I am currently live out here in the U.S, and I lost all my documents. I need to request for birth certificate but, I do not know how. Can anybody please help me to get to the birth certificate or vital place. A number would help or address.

Best hospital on island. They will try their best to keep you alive but if they can't, then either you have to be very important or have the means and funds to get a medevac, so live your best life right now as there really is no proof of an afterlife to look forward to.

Very long waits,bad communication and hygiene is very poor dirt, grime ,dust everywhere

Will likely leave more unwell than when you arrived but at least they will try and help you.

Talofa, we had nothing but wonderful care for my mother who had a fall from the moment we went to the Emergency department. The receptionist, orderly, the porter, the nurse and especially the doctor were so wonderful and they looked after us. As a tourist this put our minds at ease as its always a worry when you are overseas and have an accident. Fa'afetai tele lava to you all.
