Very nice hotel with Charm! We stayed in a room and it was very comfy. The outside area with the pool is a relaxed Oase and invites to hang out. The staff is friendly, flexible and helpful. They prepared a very early take away breakfast because our flight left so early! Thanks, Outrigger, hope to be one day back at your lovely place.

I've stayed here several times over the years. Decent hotel at reasonable rates. Breakfast usually comes with the room. Nice garden setting, plus a pool for a dip to cool off from the hot, tropical weather. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offerings and service have improved over the years. Night watchman is on hand after hours, plus front desk is open 24hours.

Clean, well appointed and quiet premises. The owner is incredibly nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The pool is immaculately clean and is very refreshing during a hot day. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Loved my 5 days/nights at the Outrigger! I stayed in one of the 4 Fale rather than a room in the building. It was the perfect Samoa experience. The staff could not possibly be nicer and more helpful. The breakfast is included, and all the guests while I was there interacted with each other, and gave each other travel tips. There's no question that I would stay there again if I get to return to Samoa.

Little piece of paradise Hotel is wonderful and clean great staff always willing to help were you need them owner is very polite and willing to assist were he can. It was excellent and what we personally were looking for in a hotel we cooked for ourselves is may not be published as a 5 star hotel but in my opinion it ticks all the boxes.

We wish we stayed here for the whole time we were in Samoa, because we only stayed here for 8 nights then my partner and I moved to complete our stay at Tanoa. We can honestly wholeheartedly say the service was 10/10, breakfast was nice and decent, loved every different meal they had planned for us. Girls were always asking if we needed anything or needed help with our rooms. Our AC room was just perfect for me and my partner, it was cleaned every second day. Everybody was smiley and welcoming. It has everything you need, pool, outdoor sitting area for you to enjoy coffee in the morning with a bit of sunrise or sunset from outside your room, beautiful well looked after garden, shared kitchen. The only slight hiccup my partner and I face was the gate was always closed so early, we would find ourselves locked out the gate and we were just told a day before checking out that there was a button for us to press for assistance which we weren't told nor shown by the receptionist when we first checked in and also reception from our room #9 downstairs was really frustrating at times we were barely connecting to our own data because reception was that bad downstairs we had to go outside our room or to the bathroom for better coverage/reception Other than that, we highly recommend The Samoan Outrigger, we will choose them over Tanoa or Taumeasina.

Suited our purpose for the falè experience. Too close to town for our liking. Although surrounding dogs barking and roosters chatting at ungodly hours are circumstances out of their control. The falès were in such beautiful small gardens. It's quaint and budget but I personally wouldn't go again. Such kind people.

Such a convenient location for getting around town. The staff are beautiful people and really make you feel cared for. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. Lovely people and great vibes.👌🤌

Wonderful hotel loved our 12 night stay. Best staff so kind and helpful, room was clean & neat. Cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed every second day. Breakfast was delicious great combination of fruits, toast, eggs, smoothies & traditional Samoan hot breakfast. Would highly recommend & stay here again. Great location only 5minutes from Apia city central & dining options close by. Taxi stand, gym & Convenience store right in front of hotel. Underrated but highly recommended!

Absolutely the friendliest place in Apia, kind staff, always helpful, and willing to share the nooks and crannies with travelers. Good size rooms in a lovely, historic villa, beautiful garden, cool, and refreshing pool. Easy, cheap transport by bus(daytime), or taxi(24/7). Kid-friendly. I can highly recommend it to all.

Fale was so comfortable, excellent breakfast, central location, great for solo travelers and most importantly staff were super lovely and fixed me up with an excellent rental car. Thank you and will definitely be back soon.

My time in the Outrigger Hotel (5Nights): ○Fale for two person =enough space = mosquito net = locker ○Bathroom = clean ○Kitchen = 24h open = have everything you need ○Breakfast = 7-9am = toast, pancakes, fruits, eggs, juice,coffe = a good start everyday in the day ○Location = 20min walking to the main area = 05min driving ○Staff = very friendly = helpfull = polite ○Housekeeping = change all of my sheets after two days = make the bed every morning = did a really good job In total is this place a really good place to stay in Apia. For enjoying the time and work on your tan on the pool.

Stayed a couple of nights here. A shadow of its former self. Indifferent staff, room fridge didn't work, and front porch flooded after a brief shower of rain. That said, rooms are comfortable enough with a good hot shower, and the gardens are pretty. Now on a busy corner with traffic noise, and the work-out sessions in the gym across the road are loud with doof-doof music! Better options elsewhere.

Would highly recommend. Facilities were great and the staff were just absolutely outstanding. All were friendly and always had a smile. Pancakes in the morning, now they were something to look forward to in the mornings. Very central to Apia and handy to medical centres, shops and great restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I stayed at this hotel last year for almost 2 weeks. The rooms are kept simple and clean, the garden is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious (coffee, fresh fruits, toast, eggs and great pancakes). The staff and the managers are very lovely people, they are always there to answer your questions and are very friendly. The reception is opened 24/7 you can always buy a cold drink or a code for the Wifi. You can also rent a car here. There is a shop on the other side of the street and there are some great restaurants not so far away. I loved everything about this place! I hope I can visit Samoa again some day and when I do i stay at the Outrigger hotel again. Warm Regards from Germany! Robert
