Amazing service!! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Every member of the staff was excellent. The best hotels in Fiji did not have service this good. The breakfast was amazing; eggs, fruits, avocado’s, and desserts. The rooms are very clean and have a good air conditioner and a great ceiling fan. If you want great service and want to save money this is the place. Mr. Canada

We stayed here twice in one trip, and even extended a couple of nights - this was no hassle at all for the staff. We couldn’t stay away! Excellent top tier service! Ana and the girls are amazing! The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and Rosy’s restaurant was divine. Buffet breakfast was delicious and always fresh. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Samoa. We loved everything about this hotel. Service was 100% awesome . The location is 3 mins away from the town area. Rooms have air con and very clean environment. They also have the best price in town and not forgetting special treats they usually make for FREE. eg : koko samoa , fruit platter , lime juice , or nice and cold niu for hot days.

Best in the business. Our family of 15 just completed our 3 week stay with them and on our final day we felt as though we were leaving behind family. Ana & her amazing staff really went out of their way to accomadate our every need and then some. From the moment we arrived, which was pretty late, Ana and her staff stayed behind to make sure we were checked into our rooms with complentary refreshments. Breakfast every morning was always fresh and precise. Their restaurant serves the best burgers we've had in town. The rooms are clean, spacious and regularly maintained. They are located within walking distance to the market which was convenient for us. It's often hard to find people who can cater quality to big families but we were always taken care of with the providance of COMPLEMENTARY vaifala, fresh coconut juice, breadfruit with coconut cream, hot koko samoa etc. They made sure we were always taken care of, and they made our stay in Samoa a memorable experience. Faafetai tele Ana and your staff we pray your business blossoms & more people get to experience your kindness and love. Our family will definitely be revisiting again soon.

I stayed twice at the White House hotel and I loved everything: from the comfy bedroom (with AC) to the nice and fresh breakfast. But I would like to thank again the girls (Ana and Brenda in particular) for making my stay so pleasant here! They're always super friendly, smiling and ready to help! For instance I was welcomed with a niu and fresh fruits on a hot day, they gave me plenty of water when everything was closed for Easter, let me do a late checkout etc... They sure know how to make your stay special, so don't hesitate to book there! Once again faafetai tele lava :)

The Staff are awesome,so friendly and helpful! They are a credit to Samoan people-very nice staff! The room is basic-great air conditioning-good firm mattress-good beer fridge!

Handy Location, right on the main road to and from Apia Bus station, easy to get to the airport etc. Room was clean with comfortable bed and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was exceptional- special thanks to Brenda, Aisa, Tasi and Mercy for making my stay memorable and answering all my questions!! Highly recommended!

Food was very good the dinner and breakfast, a part from that the beds were very uncomfortable, too close to the road as very noisy from all the cars. Lack of air conditioning as barely cooled us down.

We decided to stay here very last minute, did not disappoint at all. Very clean tidy rooms, great customer service and love how its in walking distance to the market and town cntr. The hotel is on main road to town cntr so roads do get busy and noisy but other than that loved how close we were in town. We didnt have breakfast included in our stay as we just rocked up last min as you get complimentary breakfast when booking online. But they let us join in on the complimentary breakfast which was very nice of them to let us have that and it was a very nice spread too. All rooms had aircon in it, kids has one big room with 2 king size beds in there a massive spacious room for them and one single room with queen size bed so was perfect for our last min stay. Def recommend staying there again.

Thank you to the team at The Whitehouse Samoa for accommodating my dad and sister last minute. Beautiful facilities, service and staff. Dad was injured in Samoa which required immediate care and rest as he awaited his flight back home to Australia. He was able to check in early, cool down in their maintained air conditioned rooms and easily access their attached restaurant Rosy’s Burgers for a scrumptious meal. Would 💯 always recommend family and friends stay at The Whitehouse… ❤️

No hot water in my private bathrooms, so its a struggle for me to shower in the mornings with my arthritis. Staff are lovely, the bar hasn't been open for some time now. The restaurant is though, just fully closed on sundays. In a great location, so many shops close by.

Checked in late for one night only. Room was very small with small shower/toilet room too but for the low rate charged it was good value especially for a short stay. We were grateful for air con, a very comfortable bed and the friendly service from the staff. Very nice breakfast and I was impressed with how clean the room was. Just don't leave any food out or you will attract the ants. Central location but traffic noise makes sleep difficult if you're a light sleeper.

Stayed in Jan 2023. I could easily say that this hotel might be the best in town.. i had a sweet exprerience staying here. Super friendly staff, they are all very attentive to you and always have a smile on their face, and also always helpful. I came early and no room seemed to be ready yet that early but they allowed me to keep my suitcase with them and insisted on giving me a bottle of cold water cos the weather was indeed very sunny that day. I then went out to explore the town a bit, it took me like 20-30 mins to walk to downtown coastal area which i dont mind at all. Then i came back later for check in. It was fast and easy, they gave me my room key and later on also gave me a fruit platter which was extremely refreshing and also the coconut water, unexpectedly super sweet.. i told them that i enjoyed it so much and they offered me more but of course i had to say no.. they gave me too much attention already, i am grateful and i cant let myself be pampered too much ;)) Room was fine, big comfy bed, bathroom is also fine.. no complaints at all. The property itself feel very homy and cozy, it really make you feel welcome. I rarely feel that I can stay for long in a hotel, but here i feel it. They're located on a main road, some supermarkets, market, restaurants, ATMs nearby. I am so pleased to stay here and if i ever be back in the area again i would definetely be back here.

The nicest staff :) They greet guests with a huge smile and a cold coconut. Location is perfect, walking distance from the market. Room is small but it's perfectly OK for a few night. Nice hot shower!

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were always there with great suggestions on places to go all around the island. Rooms were very clean and room service did a spectacular job. Burger restaurant in the lobby is definitely worth trying as well. Will be staying again.

Hi, I work and teach in hospitality for more than 20 years. So My experience here in White House Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The room is clean and the bed is comfy 👌. The Staff are friendly and helpful 👌. Location is convenient to towns (stores and restaurants). Aircon, fans and breakfast included are a big plus, not forgetting the free bottle of water, coffee, shampoo and conditioner. Amazing staff, amazing facilities! They go out of their way to help us and we really appreciate it. The rooms are suitable for the 2 of us and there was air con and a fan. The bed was soft and very good to sleep on. On our first day, we woke up late and missed the time for breakfast but one of the staff members, Robyn, knocked on our door advising us that they still have breakfast ready for us which was so sweet, Thank you Robin for making our stay enjoyable ❤️

Exceptional service! The owner was so helpful regarding advise on tourist attractions and would make reservations for us if needed. All of the staff was great. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. They have a restaurant that is fabulous!

I am a very light traveller and short stayer unless there is a necessity to stay longer, an individual that observes everything and from my short one day stay and my personal observation, I can honestly say The Whitehouse Hotel is one of the BEST I have stayed at. My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Bridges (CEO/Proprietor), Ana (The Hotel Manager) Upu (The assistant) and the rest of the Crew... from the CEO to the rest of the staff members, definitely down to earth, professional, friendly group of people, will always go out of their way to assist... If you're looking for comfort and a great friendly place to stay with clean rooms and perfect 5star service, then this is the place to go. I have been worried about our booking as we are new to the site but Tahana the owner never failed to reply straight after I email. From the moment we arrived to our last day, we have felt welcome felt like home. Tahana and Natalie and the staff are amazing. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family because I know when they travel to Samoa this will be HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The rooms are better than a 5* hotel, the beds and how spacious the rooms are and the shower. It's so hard to find a good place with a great shower. The White House Samoa has it all. Great place to stay in Apia. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Tahana, the manager, is really helpful. He gave us good tips for our trips through Samoa and places in Apia. If you need, he can although arrange you a Taxi from and to the airport. Just call him :) We really can recommend this hotel.

We definitely recommend staying in the White House Hotel! The rooms are really nice, confortable and clean! The staff is really friendly. Tahana, the owner of the hotel is amazing! :) He helped us with everything possible, nothing is too much for him. Always interested in what your plans are and how he can help to make the most of your stay in Samoa. We can not say thank you enough for everything! We are already coming back in a few days :).
