Pros: - The hotel is nice. - The apartment that we were was clean with air-con in every room. - Food for breakfast is good and fresh. Complimentary wine (Once for welcome) and 2 espresso capsules every day. - Free parking, pool, umbrella and sunbeds on the beach. Cons: - The biggest disappointment -SPA IS WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER VISIT. In the brochure the Spa part is placed between free services like free parking, free fitness and free access to the hotel beach area. However when we were on place they clarified to us that if we want to use the Spa part we have pay per person per visit - 40 leva. - Different options until All inclusive have various restrictions (for example - all inclusive but drinks can be only local.) - The additional charge for all inclusive is 50 per person per day. Basically you can eat in their a la carte restaurant for less. - There is almost nothing else around. So if you aim for relatively calm vacation (except all the children in the hotel) it is good, but if you want some variety - there is none. - WiFi is strong, but the most of the time bandwidth was 1.5 Mbps with peaks up to 4Mbps for the download.

Great place, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is polite . Location is perfect just a few feet away from the beach and popular bar. The only downside was the main pool , the water is very cold . I would highly recommend it !

A holywood to remember ! The place is so nice and quiet, personal was nice to us. SPA center was clean and i try everything. For sure i will check this location in the next summer ! PS: Thanks for the apartment with sea view .

Called to the reception. Told me to wait on the line. Then hung up. Called another time, picked up, said nothing, and hung up. Called the third time in a row, nobody picked up. I can't believe that reception of the hotel doesn't speak English. Customer service horror.

Everything is good. The food, the rooms, the pool. The staff is international so it adds a little adventure to the trip. The 🏨 is very pet friendly.

The hotel itself is great! Nice, clean apartment, air conditioner in every room. Well stocked pool bar. Great pool. The only thing that kind of lets it down is the contrast between how nice and modern the hotel is, and how rough and unkept the beach and it’s surroundings are

Very nice location , professional staff personal and very clean roms!

Not a bad hotel but very loud music from beach always disturb and can play till 3 a.m. You must pay electriciti bill by your self but no one gives you official invoice so looks like you are cheated the same was with laundry. At the end of vacation it was figured out that we must pay for it but the rate was taken from the sky and if you refuse to pay manager started threatening you by taking money from deposit. Communication is on very poor level without respect. Terrible attitude towards visitors.
