This is not a Hotel.. I repeat this is not a hotel. Its just a fancy film set from front and a filthy lodging system behind it. There is nothing Royal about this hotel except the Price and garden. The rooms are dirty and the bedsheets were unwashed for long time. The washroom was super filthy and had issues with water. The food was actually good and I appriciated the waiter about it but waiter was chewing guthkha / paan masala which was disgusting. The man at the couner was geniune and helpful but that couldnt help change the reality. Compairing to other hotels its super costly.

I want to be reasonable, but I am unable to give 0 stars. Hence giving 1. This is a good looking hotel, but don't get fooled by what you see outside. Rooms are very dirty and not well maintained at all. Towels, blankets are really worn out. Washroom are the dirtiest, some insect was also present to welcome us. I paid 6000+ for one night for family of 4. I feel cheated. Moreover I misplaced the key, which is a smart card, for that they charged me 1000!!! I have never experienced this ever in my life across the world. Also they asked to pay on personal number to keeping whole amount to themselves. Staff was really rude too.

This hotel is Very bad,poor quality,room was not clean,room condition very bad,dirty,tap was leaking,A.c not working,T.v remote are losing,if you are coming Omkareshwar do not come in this hotel.Only outside area is show off but reality is very bad.😔😔😔😔😔😔

This hotel is very good in which you can find many different types of food and their varieties, in some rooms you can get a good view from windows, and the OmKareshwer temple is very close from here. And for kids there are many rides.

Hotel looks good from outside but third class in interiors, unclean , no proper dinesh no facility. Good to spoil your trip.

During my visit in July, which is not the peak season, I found that many hotels were offering regular AC rooms for a minimum of 3,600 rupees. However, I was able to find a very good AC room in this particular hotel for just 2,000 rupees, which was a great deal. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provided safe car parking facilities, along with separate arrangements for the driver, which was very impressive.This place is very good with reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and although there is no WiFi, it's okay. It is a bit far from the temple, but it is especially great for those who come by own car. The hotel is located right on the road and the staff is very polite. There is also a nice green garden in front, which is a great addition. Overall, it is the best choice within a budget. I highly recommend trying out this property.👍

Average accomodation for the price for a small town. Good rooms but bathroom could have been better. Overall nice.

Staff People are so arrogant and rude. A recent experience where we prior booked the room by calling and upon reaching there the staffs did not provided us the agreed tarrif booking which was finalised on call and instead pushed us for higher tariffs. Staff people started raising voice upon that as if they don't care about the guest hospitality. Will never ever recommend this. Such staff people should be fired.

This hotel is having good mattress and hot water. Other than this, " अच्छे खासे पैसे देके, आपको सफर करना पड़ेगा !! हिंदी का नाही इंग्लिश का suffer..." No wifi, forgottable room service. Plese don't drink water here. They uses old stock of drinking water also & then refuse to accept the same. They maintain there worst class in every department. Still 1 star is the last option that we can give here.

We stayed in this hotel with our Family. Hotel has good location, car parking and open space with a great view. The rooms are pathetic, unhygienic, cleanliness is worst. Bathroom and toilets are dirty . Restaurant served stale food , the cleanliness was worst. Waiters were unprofessional. In short except ambience and location everything is pathetic and there was no desire to accept the feedback and improve. Not recommended for family stay .

No wifi, rooms are reasonable compared to terriff. But many more facilities are required. Ambiance outside is undisputed

Hotel location, space, front look is very good but rooms and washrooms need renovation and cleanliness. rooms rent is not very high considering room quality, we just visited the hotel to check rooms but we didn't like the rooms and cleanliness so not stayed there so not able to comment for services and food.

Hotel manager is rude and does not provide any facility like water. They also take money for water. Rooms are not clean at all.there is a dust allover in room. Mattress and bedsheet is also not Clean. I have not any option to give O star so I give 1 star...... feeling disgusted
