5 star service from start to finish, this was one of our final stay in our trip to Peru. Circumstances: -1 night stay in December few days after Christmas - Low/ mid occupancy (which doesn't seem to be the norm) What I liked: -Attentive staff, helped us as soon as our transportation was at our doorstep al the way to our rooms. -Reception during check in, we felt welcome by the kindness of the people along with a cold beverage that was spot on for the summer weather. - Pool was great, plenty of room for a lot of people without it feeling crowded (due to occupancy probably) - The Poolside bar was great, fairly priced quality drinks, definitely try the Chilcano! - The grill restaurant was amazing and fairly priced for the quality it offered, they brought us dessert from the other restaurant and it was definitely worth it. - The breakfast buffet was pretty nice, specially the french toast, again this probably due to the occupancy. - The sunset was the most beautiful one of our stay in Peru :) What I didn't like: -That we couldn't stay another night

Location, public areas and services are great but not at the level I expected from the Radisson group. Swimming pool area and private beach are perfect to chill out after a tour. You can sip some cocktails from the pool bar or even try some water sports. It would be nice to have some more options for the evening, like a pub or live music.

Good service and descent breakfast options! Compared to different hotels in different places we went to. This is was one of them where you get refreshed better and have longer naps. Enjoy the view and pool too. Do the try the Italian resataurent close by to it, love it.

What a weird experience. The building makes weird noises throughout the night. Maybe it is how it was built? No fitted sheet. Just again a weird experience for a 'nicer' hotel.

Nice, but pretty expensive considering. Is in its own "compound" so can't really go anywhere else. Bed was comfy, but the HVAC system made some dull thumping all night. Staff was helpful, it anything too much (I can carry my own bags thank). Included breakfast was decent.

Went for dinner, chose to seat at the BBQ area near the beach outside...waiters poorly trained, very slow service, cocktails awful, food was only ok, pizzas could be better just by letting them cook 2 minutes more, anticuchos where dry . Very expensive and poor quality. Will never go back.

Large bed, very clean room and site. Outside bar drinks and food service a little slow, seemed to be a lot of staff around not doing much and only 1 making the drinks, we ordered 2 with lunch and another 2 people joined us and ordered after. We got one drink, they got theirs and we all got food before getting the other drink ordered. The hotel is lovely however no where to walk to, it is sat outside of town.

To ask for more is impossible. We are absolutely delighted and thankful!

It has been peaceful time with the DM hotel Nazca. Unique space between inside rooms and outside patio. when you open your room door out, you can meet beautiful patio. And can enjoy swimming at the swimming pool.

A New hotel in the Paracas zona, nice rooms, service need adjustments and is somehow far from the Paracas tourist zone, which is 10 Minutes by car, otherwise a place to stay with family

Beautiful hotel with a great view. A few miles from the main town but taxis were available and relatively cheap. Service was very accommodating, food was very good, and all was clean.

I kept being switched to different rooms and each one was dirty. And customer service sucked. The front desk agent was new she tried her best. But everyone else acted as if it wasn't their issue.

We arrived from Houston early Friday morning at midnight, 4/30, and we were supposed to have a King Bed with Sofa Bed. The reservation stated that but the first room we went to did not have a sofa bed. I went back downstairs, had to wait because there was only one person at the desk, and was told that we'll have to keep checking and seeing until we find a room with a sofa bed because although they are listed as having a sofa bed, it might not. I was given a new key went up to the new room and luckily it had a sofa bed. But then we discovered that there were no sheets, pillow or blanket for the sofa bed so I went back downstairs, had to wait again, and got the sheets for the sofa bed. We again had a stay for Monday, 5/3, because we drove from Athens but had a very early flight out Tuesday morning. When we arrived Monday evening, the same thing happened. The first key we were given did not work, I went back downstairs, had to wait, and the key was re-programmed. Went back to the room and there was no sofa bed. Went back downstairs, had to wait, and was told there were no rooms with king beds and sofa beds. I told her that I've already paid for the room and I need a room to accommodate 3 people. She eventually found a king bed with sofa bed. Went to the room and there were no sheets, pillow or blanket. The positives were that the staff was nice but obviously overwhelmed either because of poor upper management or perhaps the hotel opened too soon. The room was nice but needs more light. We probably will not stay at this location again and I definitely would not recommend it. We normally stay at Hyatt properties or Holiday Inn and might just continue.

We had a great stay, the hotel was fairly new and very clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The only problem was when we booked our hotel we chose the room with breakfast. we found out when we arrived that breakfast was only served on the weekends. I'm a diabetic and picked the hotel partially based on offering breakfast. We were very upset and asked the front desk person if we could have credit to use in the hotel store to get breakfast. She said she would check and we received no answer. I would like a response from Hotel Management on this matter. Thank you for an almost perfect stay!

Travelers .. ! A wonderful Hotel with people who are wonderful in serving you. The comfortable rooms with soft beds that do not hurt the back. The breakfast is fabulous, restaurant and bar do not have much luxury and are simple, pool and BBQ next to the beautiful pool and close to the beach that is very comfortable to rest, but with a lot of wind. Located on the right entering Paracas next to a condominium "Las Velas" Good hotel and very friendly everyone.

Very clean. Pool has amazing views. Beach is a bit rocky but still totally swimable. There is a pool table and foosball available near the lobby for those cool afternoons. Excellent service.

Dinner service on a Tuesday night at 8pm with maybe 5 families was TERRIBLE! Order 1 well done cheeseburger and received 3 rare burgers because we have them 3 opportunities to make it right. It’s taken approximately 1 hour to get this burger cooked well done. Very frustrating especially when it’s for a child!
