The super 8 in San Angelo is not a good representation of your company. The hallway smelled horribl. Literally had to hold my breath to get to my room. The was gum on door frames, left over soap and shampoo, roach feces on the walls. Went to check out at7 and no one was at the desk to help. Instead a sign to say the would be back at 8. Online it says breakfast and pictures show breakfast but none available. Covid is no longer an excuse. Not clean at all. Very disappointing. Wish I knew where he deceiving picture online where taken.

Where to start… wow. So, I’m usually not picky with hotel rooms especially when I’m traveling solo. HOWEVER, this one even disgusted me. The room was just dirty. Stains on walls, tv doesn’t work, the furniture is AWFUL, there are roaches everywhere. I opened the fridge and there are roaches. I mean, you really can’t get a lower hotel experience than this. Honestly, sleeping in your car is a better idea than this. It’s so disgusting, I didn’t shower. Spend a bit more money and go somewhere else, you will regret choosing this place to stay at.

Staff was prompt and courteous. Rooms recently painted and new floors. Furniture showing lots of wear and tear. Beds, appliances, floor, bathroom are clean. Baseboards dirty and need to he replaced. Room entrance door and bathroom door need painting. Seems to be run by family working hard to make improvements, but definitely a work in progress. You are getting what you pay for. I felt safe since extended family that runs motel also lives on the property.

There were roaches. The trim was coming off the walls. The chain lock was broken. The toilet was not installed straight. There was no way to plug the tub for a bath. The smoke detector was laying on a shelf and wires were hanging from the ceiling. There was no Bible only someone's left over hot sauce.

Reservation, attention, location excellent, toiletries a plus, but the room needs more love (hard 🛏️, too soft pillow, paper toilet not sufficient and coffee machine could be great), again excellent attention but not good rest

First room was bad. It has holes on the walls, A/C didn't have knobs, head board came off and bathroom was very small.

Hey! They didn't have any roaches so I can't complain 😂 the wifi is a bit spotty but the bathrooms are super nice 👍🏾 I would stay there again 🤷🏿‍♀️

Ok so the web site says it has all these amenities but in truth they have gotten rid of most of them. There is NO pool, NO breakfast, NO phones in the rooms, the only things going for them is that they have kitchenettes, very basic television, barely basic wireless Internet, one electric car charging station, and a laundry room for their guests. It's not worth calling this a Super 8 and it's not worth the prices that they are charging for rent, even with a $20 refundable deposit with very strict guidelines to get it back.when you leave.

Very bad would not recommend There where bugs, bad survies, smelt like feet and mildo, and pee, would not give bad refunds, room was filthy, very small bath room, they were very rude. walls and floors were warped and falling apart. And cigarette holes in the bed and Wall's. And open wires every where. Would be better off sleeping in you car. Fridge was moldy.

This Hotel was discussing! Mgmt was rude and room smelled of mildew and pee. Furniture was is very bad shape, broken and falling apart. Exposed wires underneath air conditioner. Bathroom door was broken. Beds had bugs in them. Horrible experience!

The rooms do look kind of funky. But I did get a downstairs for my handicapped mother. The lady at the front was friendly. But what I liked that it was quiet. Neighbors we quiet. Everyone minded their own business. It was a cheap price so I guess you get what you pay for. And I was strapped for cash. Just grateful for the room.

They need to do some renovation for sure , the heating system wasn't working and was super cold outside , we have 3 little ones and we have to sleep in a cold room. Blankets where not good at all, and trash everywhere I really think they can make this place better if they just have the right people a

Room had holes in the wall, water stains on the ceiling, dirty bathtub, and reeked of cigarette smoke from years past. Should have gotten a refund.

This is a dated no frills motel with very basic rooms. My room was clean and everything worked. The staff were friendly. The manager went out of his way to give me a cool spot to wait for my ride as well as get some coffee for me as there is no coffee at all in the lobby.

This is a hotel I won't stay in again. Hole in sheets, stains on sheets, no phone, demand a deposit in addition to room rates(refundable upon their inspection).no wash rags. Good luck!

Gross...roaches in the bathroom, bath tub wouldn't drain, towels not very clean, a/c barely ran...but it's cheap

Gorgeous atrium. Rooms are nice. Owner and staff went over the top to help me with my situation. Wish I had found this place 2 months ago when I moved to San Angelo to retire.

Worst experience ever, rooms are so dirty and old they smell disgusting. Environment was unsafe lots of drug addicts.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Our room was filthy. There was cigarette burns on my bedding. There was still trash in our room from the previous guests. Would not recommend at all

No help from the front desk! They wouldn’t answer the phone! Room was not clean and room service came an hour early after we got only a few hours of sleep. Never again!

It's a dump to embarrassing to make pictures, rooms are dirty and outdated bed linnen full of stains bathroom and curtain gross. Towels full of stains looking like old rags. Was no remote for tv or trash can or ashtray in smokers room. Coffee maker with no pot or coffee to be found. Pretty much a disgrace to even call it a motel under wyndham flag. Never ever staying here again.

This was a horrible experience. The first room as we walked in had a sink backed up with nasty smelly water, sticky floor in the entry way and stains on the sheets. Switched rooms only to see roaches crawl across the room and inside the toilet. Could not stay here. Upon leaving, there were broken windows to other rooms that were taped up with cardboard...NOT what I expected from Super 8 or Wyndham. With my child starting college in San Angelo, we will be making many trips there and need a room. I will NEVER stay here!!

The room was clean and the bed was decent. There was no coffee or lamps, which I found odd, it made the room seem bare. The floor was nice, I did find socks and a blouse someone left behind...

Dirty, old and very worn sheets and blankets. Unless you just can't afford another place, do not stay here. The check-in person was very kind but i would just not recommend this ESPECIALLY if you have children.

The towels were stained the rooms had no toilet paper, the bed my dad slept on was dirty, there was roaches in the rooms, they took a $20 deposit out that I still haven't got back after two weeks of staying there. All in general this place is a no!

Our experience was atrocious we found a dirty syringe hidden in the bathroom where the tissue is supposed to be that had not been moved or found meaning no cleaning had been done to any set standard of cleaniness especially during the ongoing pandemic. had roaches we had bed coverings such as the blanket and the under sheets that were either stained burned or both the filters for the air conditioner were horribly packed with the the dirt and dust and dander from animals and such the place had not been cleaned in the bathroom the shower was full of hair like somebody had shaved and then just pushed it to the side they had one towel for the room not per guest if you stayed with yourself and or had a guest you each shared that one towel including a face towel or washcloth the staff were non communicative they did not want to speak with you they were rude and they were just bad service it was just a bad horrible horrible experience the roaches the uncleanliness the of course dirty syringe that was hidden that was bad. also the place had no toilet paper in the bathroom it was just a bad situation. I would not recommend this place.

The room we got was disgusting. There were little spots of old blood on the sheets like when bed bugs are present, (didn't find any bed bugs when i checked) the furniture was burned in multiple places from cigarettes, the entry to the building had cigarette butts & graffiti & leaves (inside the building). The entire 2nd floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. (it's supposed to be non smoking) The worker at the front desk didn't even try to deny it when i told him it was gross & wanted a refund, but they would keep the deposit for cleaning. Overall the worst hotel we have ever been to.

Totally disgusting!!! Dirty toilet paper in the hallway, beds had crumbs on them, big black bugs around the floor, sheets were stained, partial roll of toilet paper in bathroom and 1 towel; couldn’t get anyone to answer the desk phone, or come to the desk when we went down to talk to them. No toiletries… it was absolutely gross, and we travel A LOT. Do NOT recommend, -10 out of 10. *We didn’t even set bags down, called the corporate office and left; they even argued with us about refunding the $200 we paid!! We ended up staying at Red Lion*
