Sure it's not the rich But the rooms they're what is to be expected for this kind of establishment pool stays nice and clean people around seem to be nice little sketchy but they're all nice people as far as I can tell not too rowdy people kind of keep to yourself not a lot of screaming yelling and fighting I would recommend it to people for sure but just know what you see is what you get.

Worse place ever. One word roaches and lots of them. No remote for the TV. There is a road side memorial with the candels and the cross right outside our window. It is Jan and there is no comforters on the bed just a thin sheet. We had to snuggle under the fleece we brought with us. The microwave is rusted and disgusting tub looks like it would give you a staff infection And the Roaches OMG the roaches. We chose this place because they made the rooms look nice on the website and it was close to the alamo dome. But it was the worst decision we ever made in a hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I would give a negative review I'd possible. To being with, there's all kinds of creeps walking around the hotel. The non-smoking room stunk like cigarette. The floors were dirty and bed sheets and pillows had the most disgusting smell. AND finally, the room was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. It was disgusting 🤢. We asked for our refund and ran out of there.

I got a access card for room 218. I had a hard time to open this door. The maid opened for me. I looked inside the room. It was not cleaned bed, someone use it. Then, maid moved me to room 237. They forget to put the shower curtain. Unprepared service. Lame!

Absolutely filthy rooms. The linens and towels smelled clean but were covered in stains. The floors were dirty, the room had lots of areas that were falling apart. In the bathroom the paint on the walls and the areas around the tub were damaged. There are shady people all around the motel all night.

We reserved a room with a king sized bed. We get there and they give us a room with 2 queens and it stunk like marijuana and the door did not lock you could walk up and just push the door open. I went and told them and they moved us to another room. This room had two twin beds and stunk like mold and cigarettes and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Definitely not family friendly as there are homeless people everywhere and they walk around banging on doors at night.

Rooms aren't the best old Bedding and Tub, & toilet. House keeping is not good at their job. No towels in room but the office manager is friendly, very helpful, and courteous. Made me feel welcomed and is very Professional.

This place is very unprofessional. We've have been waiting 2 weeks for our deposit and we still have not seen it. Owner is just giving us the run arounds. Plus the room was dirty and no clean towels, the front door looked like someone broke in and our door didn't lock right. Just never ever again. With better management this hotel could be successful

Dirty sheets, Broken sink, strangers knocking all night couldn’t sleep. Never got my deposit returned. Front clerk she never answers the phone or leaves you in hold. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Embarrassed I stayed here.

The door lock wasn't working they had to use a crow bar to open. They asked if we wanted to stay in that to afterwards.. didn't stay in there went to another room. No maintenance at this motel.No towels, no coffee maker, no hygiene products have to ask upfront. The beds are on boards and your sleeping on a hard board.Like sleeping on floor. Missing light bulbs, no phone works in these rooms..Motel run down... people after midnight made loud noises outside hardly get any sleep with all these conditions. Pay extra for another motel.

Sketchy area, dark parking lot, room door and frame were beat up and bent, bathroom door had breaks like if was kicked, no trashcan, they only had Pluto TV which is awful. On the positive side, the airconditioner was really cold, bed was comfortable, and it had a good size fridge.

CATFISH! It looks nothing like online pictures! It is UGLY,DIRTY, AND SCARY! They gave us a room, when i drove to it, the door was open with a man in there. Told them at the office they offered another room, that one smelled so ugly bedsheet had holes, no way i would stay there. Asked them for a refund, hopefully they give it back, and left.

Do not book this Hotel is shady and disgusting!! It don’t even deserve one star rating. It scarred me! Smells horrible and disgusting dirty.

False Advertising with photos provided on Expedia Website. I ended up not staying as the room had dirt and wet shoe marks on the floor, it smelt like someone was smoking weed in the neighboring rooms and the Door Card wasn't working and I couldn't get the door to open as it was rusty. The cleaning lady was really lovely but the Hotel Manager to this day has not refunded me as she advised that Expedia would need to contact her for the refund, but Expedia has been unable to contact her at all. The bed sheets were dirty and had stain spots everywhere. If I could give this place Zero Stars I would.

0/10. Door to our room was wide open when we arrived. It was hard to close. Chain on door was flimsy. The entrance door was way too close to the bed. Non smoking room stunk of cigarettes so much. I tried to spray body spray and didn’t help. Hard mattress, holes in covers, hole in bathroom door covered by tape, wet paint on the wall and no one told us, broken curtains, fridge didn’t work, water was dripping in the tub, rust on light in bathroom, bed consisted of a mattress on a board, no remote to tv and tv didn’t even work. We walked in, stayed for 30 mins and checked out. There was an RIP cross in front of a set of rooms, with beer and candles with it which indicates someone may have gotten hurt there.

One star because less than zero wasn't an option. Dirty lobby and room. Door to room obviously kicked in with violence. Room reeks of pot. Cigarette burns in carpet and bedding. Smoke alarm chirping every 30 seconds. Homeless all over the property. Avoid at any cost.

Great place. Price is reasonable and it's centrally located which makes it perfect for visiting other places. It's close to the airport too! I was impressed by all the amenities included. 👍

Worse hotel ever!! Never in my life have I seen a hotel room infested with roaches very disgusting!! The rooms don’t look NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The Inn hotel in market square should be shut down!! I’m so reporting this hotel so it could be shut down

Room only had 1 towel. The only lights the room had were in the bathroom and under the stove. All other lights and plugs were not working. After 45 minutes of being in the room, some one tried to kick down the door because they were looking for someone. But they do have WiFi and require no deposit. Who needs lights anyways.
