Om Yoga has become something of a home for me since moving to Las Palmas. I've been lucky enough to be taught by John, Christelle and Laly all of whom are kind, welcoming and experienced. I highly recommend this studio, I don't know what I would do without it!

Visited Om Yoga while on a surfing holiday (Dec 2022) I had the pleasure of visiting Om yoga while on holiday. It’s run by John and Christelle, who are wonderful teachers with amazing souls. I did the intermediate classes for a week and loved it. With regards to classes; they have classes for beginners and experienced practitioners (mornings, afternoons and evenings), so you’re bound to find a class that fits your schedule. Classes are taught in different languages, depending on who’s attending. In my case it was in Spanish and English to accommodate me. And finally the studio itself is clean, spacious and conveniently located. Will visit again, sooner rather than later I hope.

Just what I needed. Johns class was both energetic, relaxing and heart opening. His assistance during the session was helpful for stretching the whole body. The space is simple, great. Highly recommended for having your yoga sess checked if visiting las Palmas. Gracias John, hope to see you in Barcelona

Fantastic center for all levels, ages and abilities. I spent two months in Las Palmas and only started doing yoga recently but i felt immediately very welcome and comfortable.The teachers are very different in personality, but all very knowledgeable and great instructors. During the classes they give plenty of modifications/variations and also give individual advice and help with adjustments. Classes are generally in spanish, some are bilingual. With very basic spanish, i was always able to follow along and teachers also explained in english when needed. I am thankful for the great classes i had where i was able to learn and imrpove my practise a lot. The prices for the different subscription options are more than fair.

Highly recommended! Christelle and John are great teachers and above all the most friendly and warmhearted people I've met in a while. The Yoga Shala is beautiful, very bright and airy. I'm looking forward to be back here in the future!

OM Shala is a beautiful Shala owned by Christelle and John, who not only share their teachings and good vibes but also are generous and efficient in helping international guests in organizing car rentals, local market visits, restaurant recommendations , you name it. Absolutely wonderful!

If you want to look for improvements and knowledge, here is the right place for you to learn yoga. John, Christelle and Laly are professional yoga teachers. They offer special sequence in the classes and adjustment to correct your posture in the right way. They also help you to achieve your asanas safely. I would recommend to all my friends to come if they travel to Gran Canaria. Thanks again for giving me an excellent yoga experience!

John and Christelle are very knowledgeable, patient and understanding teachers. They adapt their instructions to my experience level and are always there to correct and improve my movements. Definitely the best yoga teachers I've met. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Who would have thought the best yoga class I'd ever taken would have been all the way in the Canary Islands! Must experience for anyone in Las Palmas! These relaxing nature of these classes truly made my trip and changed my whole perspective of yoga.
