A Hidden Gem in San Fernando Insólito Bistro is one of those unexpected little treasures you’re really happy to stumble upon. This cozy, art-filled restaurant charmed us from the moment we walked in. The star of the night? The perfectly baked pizza—crispy, flavorful, and with ingredients so well balanced that we may have debated ordering a second round. A special shoutout to Cynthia, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made us and our guests feel right at home. She graciously handled our special requests, and the kitchen didn’t just meet but exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a beautiful night—we’ll definitely be back for more!

Honestly the best food I’ve tasted on the island. So worth the €8 taxi from the beach to this stunning little restaurant next to a carpark. I’m not going to oversell the location, but the service and (OMG) the food is next level. These guys should have a star, and no, I’m really not joking.

Perfect place for good time with people you love. The food which you can find there is very tasty and made of good quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always has time for a small talk. The look inside is quite interesting and makes this place very unique. All and all, Insolito Bistro Maspalomas is worth visiting!!

The food was fantastic! We had a few plates to share and all was excellent. The pizza felt authentic, the house ravioli was extravagant and the seafood fritters were warm and crunchy. The service was warm and friendly. Como estamos familia? was Sicilia’s warm way to check in with us. Thanks…. P.S: for dessert we recommend the Tiramisu

We loved the pizza here so much that we travelled across the island, all the way from Moya, just to have it for a second time! We had the Insolito Especial and Siciliana the first time, and then another special pizza. Totally recommend.

- 4 stars when disregarding the dessert - Admittedly our expectations were quite high, but the food did just not quite live up to it. The buffala pizza was excellent, I would definitely order that one again. Two out of the three pasta main dishes we ordered were lacking in flavour and quantity for price. The iberico pasta with sage butter was delicious however! We were missing a complimentary slice of bread on the side. Desserts we would recommend to skip; they were definitely not bad but I wonder if they were freshly made. Service was perfectly fine (:

Brilliant! Food was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and friendly, you order your food on a tablet that was modern (see pictures of the food and languages). The service was really fast and everything tasted delicious. Highly recommended.
