We went here on our last night in gran canaria. Beautiful setting, food was amazing and the service was the best we have had. Highly recommended anyone to go here for a meal. We will definitely be returning next time we visit the island.

A beautiful and delicious experience; the restaurant caters to exquisite and authentic flavor. The chef takes pride in their offerings, and that's made obvious through the experience of the dishes. The team is attentive and friendly, with a special thanks to Adriana, who encouraged my practice of Spanish while chiming in with English when I needed the support :) She was great! A rich selection of starters, mains, and desserts... and a fantastic collection of wines. Dip some bread in a heavanly mix of olive oil and sea salt. I really wanted to sample their desserts, but the starters and main had me too satisfied! Book a table in advance. Highly recommended, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Today we enjoyed the restaurant Tertulia y Enyesque with my family and friends . I must admit this was so far the best restaurant we experienced in Gran Canaria. Fantastic fresh and tasty food . Outstanding service and hospitality. And a great local atmosphere.

We had a fantastic lunch at this wonderful restaurant. The restaurant is located in a cozy basement that feels like you're stepping into someones well decorated wine cellar. The wines that are up for offer are varied and we had a delightful Priorat. Food was great and we tried a multiple of different dishes as we liked our first tasters as much as we did.

I recently visited a fantastic Spanish restaurant that truly exceeded all of my expectations. The standout feature of the meal was the expertly crafted dishes that were made using only the finest and freshest ingredients. It was clear that the chefs took great pride in their work and put a lot of thought into every dish. One thing that stood out to me in particular was the special olive oil from Jaén that was used in many of the dishes and as a starter just with fresh and warm bread 🥖. It added a delicious and distinct flavor that really elevated the food to another level. The highlight of the meal for me was the morcilla , which was so delicious that it brought tears to my eyes. The flavors were so reminiscent of my childhood and all the memories associated with it in my home country. The service was also excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to provide recommendations. The wine selection was also top-notch, with a great variety of Spanish wines to choose from that paired perfectly with our meal. I should also mention that although the restaurant might seem like a local bar from the outside, once you step inside, the atmosphere is both elegant and cozy. The warm lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decor create an intimate ambiance that makes you feel right at home. It's the kind of place where you can come with a group of friends to catch up over delicious food and great wine, or have a romantic dinner with that special someone. The overall vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, but with a touch of sophistication that sets it apart from other restaurants in the area. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this Spanish restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The high-quality ingredients, special olive oil, excellent service, great wine selection, and cozy yet elegant atmosphere all combine to make it an unforgettable dining experience. The elaborated dishes, special olive oil, excellent service, and great wine selection make it a must-visit spot for any foodie. Thank you Javier and Rachel for such an delicious food and service.
