I bought a beautiful IWC watch at this shop in early April 2025. Although I am living in the Netherlands I decided to buy the watch here as they made me a very good offer for a brand new IWC. I had some initial concerns but eventually, after doing some thorough checks and phone calls that all gave me “green lights”, I decided to push it through. The buying process with the Geneve team went very smooth and transparant. The people are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Annalie Gonzalez. They changed the wristband to another original wristband color at no extra charge. All at my request and performed in a very decent way. Their service is impeccable. I would recommend them to anybody. Mr. & Mrs. Nijhuis.
