Having stayed around the world I can honestly say that the Fahana resort as to be one of the most laid back, attitude free places we have ever stayed at. From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome, the place is immaculate, breakfast is complimentary with a fantastic choice of hot and cold dishes, the location of the Fahana is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance and the yumbo centre a few minutes away. The staff were very friendly and Nick the manager was brilliant, since returning to the UK we have rebooked to return later in the year, we would certainly recommend the Fahana to anyone who enjoys a hassle free break away.

Now we are in this hotel. A wonderful place where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms. The highlight of the hotel is of course the swimming pool. Varied and tasty breakfast. The service is wonderful. Nick and Miguel - thank you very much. In all words, 100% recommended.

This is a unique haven of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas. Nick is the perfect host and Mari made our room spotless every day. Thank you both! The rooms are spacious, modern, and well maintained. And the grounds are immaculate! Mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast is great and available 9-12 every day. Cocktails in the early afternoon were a real treat; the mojito is excellent. We had a truly relaxing time at Fahana and will be back. No doubt!

Second stay at this hotel. It’s a really perfect place if you want comfort and quiet. Rooms are large and fresh. Everywhere is really clean. Staff are lovely and friendly. It doesn’t have the facilities of the larger hotels but if you can live without a Queen tribute act in the evening then the Fahana is the place for you.

I can confidently say that Fahana has become my new favorite place on Gran Canaria! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, with Nic warmly greeting me and making me feel right at home. The rooms are modern yet cozy, without being too sterile. I was greeted with a bottle of Cava and a fruit basket, truly a 5 star hotel experience. The real highlight, though, is the heated glass pool; it's an absolute dream and adds another touch of luxury to the experience. The sun loungers are also worth mentioning - they’re top-quality and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is small but changes slightly each day, ensuring it never feels repetitive. The location is also ideal, just a five-minute walk from Yumbo, while at the same time located in one of the quieter (and nicer looking) areas of Playa del Inglés. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place soon!

Absolute paradise! Fahana is a luxury resort that looks after your every comfort. Nick cannot do enough for you, he is superb and a great asset. Rooms are superbly appointed with modern furnishings, great tv and comfy big bed. The terrace with egg chairs and pool view is wonderful and you even have your own private rooftop lounger. Location is excellent and quiet in spite of being by a busy road. Five minutes and you are in the Yumbo Centre. Also easy for bus routes around the island. Breakfast is delightful and varied each day with lots of hot and cold options. Juices, cava, water, pastries are available most of the day plus a house signature cocktail every afternoon is a lovely bonus. Pool and pool area are fabulous and relaxing. Nice touches make a stay more enjoyable and there are plenty of these both in the room and around the resort. Best place I have ever stayed in Gran Canaria and will be back.

We couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend our autumn break, spacious room with lots of cupboard space, great bed with optional soft top mattress (thanks for that!), daily fresh breakfast changing every day, with fresh orange juice and ground bean coffee. And walking distance from lots of restaurants. We recommend Casual Tapas for dinner. Special thanks go to both Miguel and Nick for their generous hospitality and for making us want to come back.

We had a magnificent 10 days vacation at the fahana, the most luxurious gay resort in maspalomas 💙💙💙 Amazing rooms, with a private porch and balcony. Amazing pool and garden. Amazing breakfast. Very good location, close to yumbo center and the rest. And the most important a great staff that was there for us from the early beginning pre reservations, after the reservation and during the stay, they treated us like a family and give us the feeling that we are the only guests. A stylish hideaway for relaxed days as a couple – absolutely recommended! We’ve stayed at Fahana twice now – and both times were absolutely wonderful. The property is small, beautifully maintained, and designed with a great sense of style. The rooms are modern, spotless, and each comes with its own private rooftop terrace featuring a daybed, outdoor shower, and stunning views – perfect for unwinding together under the sun. Breakfast is very tasty and offers a nice selection for every taste. Host Nick is warm, attentive, and creates a relaxed, personal atmosphere – you feel welcome from the very first moment. One of the things we really appreciate: Fahana is an adults-only resort with just eight bungalow-style rooms. It’s wonderfully peaceful, and if you’re open to it, it’s easy to connect with the other guests. The vibe is friendly, inclusive, and very respectful – ideal for gay couples who value style, quality, and a laid-back environment. The pool area is dreamy – quiet, elegant, and a great place to fully relax. Complimentary sparkling wine, water, juices, and even cocktails in the afternoon are a lovely touch that really enhances the experience. The location is great too: a supermarket is just around the corner, excellent restaurants are within walking distance, the Yumbo Center is about an 8-minute walk away, and the dunes aren’t far either. Fahana has truly become a place where we feel at home – relaxed, welcomed, and free to be ourselves. We’ll definitely be back!

L’hôtel Fahana Maspalomas est une belle adresse pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour intimiste et reposant à Maspalomas. Avec seulement 8 chambres, l’établissement offre une ambiance cosy et un service attentionné. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées, tandis que la piscine constitue un vrai plus pour se détendre. Le personnel est accueillant, en particulier le manager Nick et le service de ménage. Seul bémol,le lavabo de la salle de bain n’est pas pratique du tout. Malgré ce détail sans trop d’importance , le Fahana est une option séduisante pour un séjour calme et bien situé. Bonne continuation au Fahana, nous reviendrons.

We spent 16 wonderful days in this beautiful place. We’ve been to many men only hotels on the island, but Fahana is definitely the best one. All the guys working there are just lovely and offer a high quality customer experience: a big thank to Adán, Carlos, Nick and Emilio for our wonderful stay. Also the maids are such friendly and lovely people and did everyday a perfect job leaving the room and the outside spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the big modern room, the comfy bed and great breakfast choice a lot. The pool with glass sides is just amazing and so is the view from the private Balinese beds upstairs. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed, no party people around, and we made lot of new friends here. We’ll definitely come back soon and warmly recommend Fahana!

Cet établissement a su conserver tout son charme et son atmosphère accueillante qui nous avaient tant plu l'année dernière. Nick est un hôte exceptionnel : agréable, confiant, fun et véritablement sympathique. Il se montre toujours aux petits soins pour ses invités, veillant à ce que chacun se sente parfaitement à l'aise. Un grand merci également à Mari, qui a pris soin de notre chambre avec une attention particulière et une écoute remarquable. Comme l'année dernière, nous avons été séduits par l'élégance du lieu, la chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût, la vue imprenable sur la piscine à débordement, la literie de qualité, la salle de bain impeccable, et le petit déjeuner en terrasse, complet et délicieux avec ses jus d'oranges pressées. Les petites attentions, comme la corbeille de fruits, le Cava, le café à disposition et la machine à glaçons, ont été très appréciées. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à proximité du Yumbo et des principales attractions touristiques, tout en étant au calme, est un véritable atout. Aufgrund der ausschließlich positiven Bewertungen sind wir mit sehr hohen Erwartungen hier angekommen. Wir liegen nun hier noch die letzten zwei Stunden am beheizten Pool und sind traurig, dass die Zeit hier schon wieder vorbei ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch weit übertroffen! Jedes der 8 Zimmer hat poolseitig seinen eigenen abgeschoteten Aussenbereich mit Hängekörben. Eine Wendeltteppe führt den Gast in seinen eigenen abgeschoteten Sun Lounge Bereich über seinem Zimmer. Die ganze Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und elegant. Der beheizte Pool mit Glas Elementen ist Entspannung pur. Man wird vom Personal empfangen wie bei Freunden. Es ist rätselhaft wie hier den ganzen Vormittag für nur 8 Zimmer ein derart umfangreiches Frühstück in Buffetform bereit gehalten werden kann. Bis hin zum frisch gepressten Orangensaft und Sekt, alles ist vorhanden. Und das Personal verwöhnt dich wo es nur geht. Die Gäste hier sind sehr angenehm und zeigen Niveau. Trotz der Nähe zum Yumbo Center ist das hier eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir sind schon weit gereist und waren auch schon oft hier in Maspalomas. Aber jetzt haben wir ihn gefunden. Den Diamanten von Maspalomas. Wir kommen wieder!
