Friendly staff. Vet speaks English. The dog was happy afterwards. Update. Just had the worst day of my life. Had to make the big decision. The staff where so caring and compassionate. Highly recommend them.

Today our faith in humanity was restored, when we tried to go through an adoption process with a stray cat that we found. Paula Maria, the vet, helped us with everything, sponsored us even a Transport Box and vaccinated, chipped and checked on our soon-to-be-cat Vida. She did it with such a friendly and calm treatment, that even the cat stayed relaxed. We were actually super short in time, since the vet was closing, she could have easily refused to help us out, but she even did over hours to organise everything with us. Thanks to people like Paula Maria we can give a stray cat a wonderful and healthy life now. 🙏🥲🐱💛💛

This week we found the prettiest stray cat that we want to give a good life in the Netherlands. We got the adress of the Telamascota through Petpals. We were helped the same day so friendly and so fast by Paula Maria, who was so friendly to us and our cat (Vida). She got chipped, vaccinated and a EU passport within the same day. We couldn’t have wished for a friendlier and good vet. Thanks Telemascota and thanks Paula! Vida will have a great life in the Netherlands.
