This hotel was fantastic. Genuinely can't fault it for one single thing. Probably the best all inclusive food I've ever had. Located perfectly, not far away from decent food, shopping and the beach. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also the room was perfect, it was huge! Very child orientated and lots to do here. Would highly recommend!

An excellent hotel for kids and for those who wish to stay on site for the majority of their holiday. There are two arcades, candy floss machine, popcorn machine, a little park with a slide and two swings, a splash park and small pool for kids, then two other pools. All the areas are separated so there's plenty of chairs and space. We did not have an issue finding any seats. The restaurant gets VERY busy however it is easy enough to navigate round and find places to sit. We have two vegans in our group who did find it difficult at times to find food that catered for their requirements, and there was no dessert options for them the whole time other than fruit. The snack bar is great, with options changing throughout the day but something for everyone. Really handy! The rooms are good size, but the hotel is large so you can spend a lot of time walking to your room. If you are in the side of the hotel near the stage/activity area, it can be quite loud until 11pm, as you can hear everything from the nighttime entertainment. Rooms are comfy and the housekeeping team keep the rooms well cleaned and tidied. The lock on the balcony door is a bit tricky to manage and does not always feel the safest. The activity and mini disco on an evening were good fun. Kids loved singing and dancing and playing the quizzes. Overall, a lovely family holiday. The beach and town are a very short walk away and nice to get out and take a wander. A great place for kids specifically.

What can I say? We really enjoyed this hotel. It's kept spotless, and is very accessible for wheelchair users. Rooms are a decent size and the accessible bathroom was excellent. We loved the food and found the amount of choice unbelievably good. Restaurant staff are efficient, and attentive. The hotel is quiet after 11pm, but if you have young children, book a room NOT overlooking the "holiday" pool as the entertainment can be noisy until that time. The area is well served with restaurants, bars, mini supermarkets, shops, e-bike hire, buggy hire and a street market on Wednesday mornings. The area is clean and tidy, taxis are plentiful and cheap, the beach is a ten minute walk, and lovely. You can even hire a mobility scooter. And the streets and pavements are wheelchair friendly too! Two small niggles: The hoist, for disabled people to enter the pool, needs better signage as to it's operation, and we had a minor altercation with a member of the hotel staff who wanted my two adult sons to move out of the area of sun beds reserved for disabled people. My wife is disabled and they were there for her...and there were eleven of the fourteen sun beds unused. Sigh. They are very protective of their mother, and it left them unhappy. The member of staff's manager did apologise. Over all, enjoyable. Recommended for wheelchair users and young families. We will probably return.
