If I could give negative stars I would! This is possibly the worst hospital I’ve ever been to, and I come from Africa. My mother was seriously ill and was made to wait at Urgencias for more than two hours to see a doctor she had an appointment with. No explanation was given as to why we had to wait so long and we were made to wait outside in the cold. Receptionists are unhelpful and send you from one building to another just to send you back to the first building again and then you are made to wait in the queue all over again. We were eventually told that there was a critical patient who had to be moved and that’s what was causing the delay. 1 critical patient and the whole hospital stops working??? I shudder to think what would have happened if my mother had been critical at this hospital. This being a private hospital, one expects much better service at the prices you pay. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of patient care at this facility and I will make sure nobody I know or care about ever sets foot in this hospital. Utterly disgusted at the service (or rather lack thereof)

I went to "Urgencias" and was treated by Dr. Pardo. He was extremely ill-tempered and lacked any bed-side manner. I was extremely unwell and when I asked for advice regarding my condition, he started shouting at me which made me feel worse and stressed. I went to Perpetuo Soccorro instead. I will NEVER go to this Emergency department again.

(Translated by Google) Very bad. Very bad. A major died yesterday in the plant. Your private caregiver is present and sounds the alarm and alerts the ward nurse for a heart attack. The nurse does not come alone and responds, she has already been warned. This is repeated without anyone attending. 15 minutes after yelling at the staff, they come to try to resuscitate without result. Very bad management with those admitted and lack of respect.

(Translated by Google) Avoid going to the emergency room at this hospital. Any other site will be better. I was in a car accident last night. The receptionist made me fill in the details in a sad post It. Real. I had to order two because they didn't fit. The man was very unpleasant. I also saw how a delivery man brought fast food to the toilets and the man joked with him while many people were waiting. There was a woman who had been waiting since 21 for an X-ray of her son. The receptionist attended to me at 11:25 p.m. and at 1:55 a.m., after he came to ask me if I was driving, I approached him to tell him that I was going to another hospital. And he told me to wait, he was finishing my file. I can't imagine worse attention and less empathy. I hope I never have to go back. No me imagino peor atención y menos empatía. Espero no tener que volver jamás.

They do not answer phone lines. They over book doctors, we were scheduled for an 11:20 am appointment, we were not seen until after 1:30. At times I've had to go to the ER because there is no nurse line to help me with questions regarding my pregnancy. When I deliver my baby, my doctor may or may not be there, it will be whoever is on call. I'm not comfortable with just being a number. I deserve better, more personalized care. Simply put, bad management. If possible, go somewhere else.

(Translated by Google) The man who answers the phone does not find out anything, he left me an appointment for my son, when we went to consult it turned out that there was no appointment on behalf of my son. That was on December 22. He had me on the phone for 15 minutes for nothing. Edito, again they made an appointment for December 28, when I get there it turns out that there is no appointment either, they had to cancel it and it was resolved that they forgot. Of grief.

I cannot understand the negative reviews about this hospital. Maybe if you lived on Lanzarote for a while you would understand what is truly awful. ( people waiting in emergency for 4 hours is not a valid complaint ) . I visited on recommendation, from my Dr here on Lanzarote Doctor Osman Morales Sabina ( neurosurgeon ). I arrived in a wheelchair unable to stand unaided or walk. He was so concerned and disgusted at my condition that he admitted me to the hospital immediately within an hour of arriving. Thanks to Mr Morales, following surgery the very next day I am able to stand and walk. The surgery was complex spinal surgery. I have never met such a wonderful, caring, professional set of doctors or staff. They shame those here in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. I am so, so thankful to them for giving me my life back. They are wonderful people. ( The food could be better - but we are only just post covid, and funds are a little short in the Canaries!) Lack of a little food does not put your life at risk though. So for that reason I still give them the highest marks available.

As it is possible that a receptionist who attends the emergency room in a city like Las Palmas has no idea of speaking English, 2 English-speaking people arrived in front of me. The first by gesture was understood after a while and having to by the foot above the lowest counter to point to the ankle. The other one who arrived after a while, there was no way, a girl had to get up who was waiting for them to help her translate, painful .. And so quiet .. They just opened a new pediatric emergency department which was great. We had no waiting time and there was a woman who translated everything for us. They charged us 150€ at the beginning and returned the rest after the diagnosis.

(Translated by Google) If you have a traffic accident, don't even think about going to this clinic. Where interests prevail Before the patient. A month after I recovered, they wanted to discharge me (without even exploring me), when I complained about my shoulder and after much insistence they sent me for an MRI. Which I could not do because I was claustrophobic and unable to spend the 20 minutes set inside the machine. The boy telling me that they would call me again to do it, to try to come calmer. What is my surprise that the day I go to the Appointment with the traumatologist tells me that the MRI has gone well (and I had not done it) and that, feeling very sorry, he has to discharge me, again without exploring me. I tell him that I do not lead a normal life and that I have something on my shoulder since I cannot raise my arm (all this is credited by the physicality that the rehabilitation session gives me) and he tells me that if I do not agree to put a sheet of claim. Forgives? Where has it been seen that the patient's discomfort goes through the lining at all costs? Super disappointed with the clinic, being the one that normally attended I will never step on it again. To this day my car is still in the workshop being repaired a month after the accident (imagine me the dimensions of this one) and according to Carlos I am like a rose. Shame about you. It is clear that the agreements with the insurers take precedence over the health of the patient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

We wanted to vaccinate our baby with the second dose of his first shots. They don’t listen to what we need and almost gave him the wrong shots. 5 times asking to make sure he got the right ones, a second before they injected, led to a correction. Now he has 6 of the 7 we needed. But in our vaccination book they marked the 7th one as being given anyways, even though he doesn’t have it. Unprofessional and unethical. They can not call international numbers. So if you’re in a coma they probably won’t be able to reach your relatives.

I was a little bit nervous about going to this hospital for no other reason than some of the bad reviews I had read on this platform. From entering the hospital at the Emergency entrance, I had nothing but an exceptional experience. The Austrian lady at reception was amazing and as I am not a Spanish speaker, spoke perfect English and helped me with forms and translation. I went to Triage, saw a doctor, had a blood test and saw a consultant who came to the hospital especially to see me. He diagnosed the issue quickly and put my mind to rest. This whole process took 3 hours! And note it was the weekend. For people moaning about waiting 2 hours, I really hope you don't have to go to the Emergency department in the United Kingdom. I only put 4 stars in the hope that more people would read the review. One thing I just remembered, I had all of my symptoms and a time line of issues translated to Spanish before going. I think that helped when seeing the doctor. If you use this hospital, I hope you get the same experience.

2 HOURS WAITING TO BE SEEN FOR 13 MINUTES IS OUTRAGEOUS!! Every you get an appointment here is like this! Never on time they have many excuses but all are nonsense as I work with appointments too and never leave people waiting for more than 10 mis. They think because they are doctors they can do what they like! They also let people go before me because I was coming to get some results but on my previous appointment I didn’t come for results and was the same , the is the worst hospital I ever encountered in my life!

Vergonzoso! Disgusted by their front desk! They should hire professional people who want to work. I called twice today to make an appointment with a gynecologist having the extension (122) and both times they answered and then hung up the phone. I don't want to imagine how they treat patients if it's so bad when you try to make an appointment.

My husband had an appointment for an operating room, no one gave us time how long it would take, even if it was something stipulated, after four hours waiting outside the clinic I went in to ask if they could tell me something and they answered no, that I cannot come to see him when finished, that they cannot ask anywhere to inform me and that they also do not have any telephone where I can call to find out if it has gone well or if there are still hours in the operating room. They limited themselves to telling me that the doctor would call me to inform me when they saw fit. That as we are in covid was the new policy of said clinic.

(Translated by Google) I think people should rate a little separately since a star is zero in everything and this hospital does not deserve it. For me it has been ten years. Attention from all the professionals and friendliness, organization, cleanliness, location ... perhaps the food deserves only three, since I disagree with the definition of healthy on the hospitalized menu, but it is the standard food of all hospitals. The works, although annoying in some area, are for improvement and this has been noticed. Thanks to the emergency professionals, my husband has been saved and thanks to Dr. Osmani, a neurosurgeon, in particular, I can lead an active and pain-free life. As in any hospital and as in any profession of theate with humans there are exceptions and some doctor with a "bad day", but even that has improved infinitely in recent years. So I can only give my congratulations and infinite thanks to all. (Translated by Google) Survived a totally wrong diagnosis from the ER doctors. Ways of doing arrogant, pushy and not transparent. Unnecessary and painful tests for a misdiagnosis. There is talk of human life. Saved by public health (Hospital Negrín) where they immediately identified the real problem otherwise it would still be there with a wrong diagnosis. 6+ hours in the emergency room without drinking, with a dirty bathroom and a jet of water, conditions at the limit of tolerability. To embarrass. Your bosses should know what they are doing. Of course, I have all the paperwork available. I look forward to your public apologies. I have always been good at that clinic for 6 years. But the emergency department disqualifies you (Original) Sobrevivido a un diagnóstico totalmente equivocado de los médicos de urgencias. Formas de hacer arrogantes, prepotentes y no transparentes. Avergonzarse.

If you have to choose between San Roque & Santa Catalina it does indeed feel like this clinic raises the standard, and is a better choice. The Doctor came across very professional and attentive, and the patient room is decent.

(Translated by Google) One of the worst experiences with my daughter in the ER. Not even the doctor from the gynecological emergency service Dctor. Bravo, he wanted to see her. And for the medical management and patient care, after making a claim at the clinic and at ASISA, they give a shameful answer, which was not considered an emergency. How can you assess that way without seeing the patient???? Incredible but true.

(Translated by Google) My mother-in-law was admitted for arrhythmia and received insulting and humiliating treatment from nurses. This hospital is not recommended. Little or no vocation, bitterness, zero empathy, zero professionalism. I recommend any other hospital in the city. Recomiendo cualquier otro hospital de la ciudad.

(Translated by Google) The emergency service is bad. They have few doctors and, if you go to traumatology, after seeing an assistant they send you to do an X-ray so that, when they can, the traumatologist can see you. not merit. No mérita.

(Translated by Google) Terrible telephone management. Very border staff, little empathic, with little formality and seriousness. When you ask for an appointment, they give it to you for two or three months at the earliest and all this as a private patient. My question is: private or public health? The differences between one and the other hardly exist and this clinic is a clear example of it. Where is the humane and close treatment of the patient?... Shameful and sad! (Translated by Google) Long wait, and very slow, I do not recommend. All it I have been in this clinic in the emergency area, it turns out to be according to reports from reception that there was a delay in the laboratory! The thing is that I was there for 2h15 minutes and I had to leave without being attended to, a real madness, a total nonsense, I will not go to this clinic again and I will also totally discourage it.
