Very fresh, delicious and healthy option especially if you are looking for options for vegetarians and also vegans . Highly recommended. The green smoothie was also very tasty. Cool system to choose your own ingredients , actually quite fun for the kids too. The chia seed pudding I had for Dessert was also healthy and tasty. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more options to choose from.

Glad this restaurant still exists after we first visited in 2021 during Covid! The bowls are plenty and offer a great variety of ingredients. Smoothies also a must-have.

I took a poke bowl and a lemonade. Lemonade was very good and the poke bowl extremely good looking. The toppings were very tasty, but the sushi rice was pretty bad, hard and not sticky at all. They either cooked it wrong or it was yesterday’s rice, not even well re-heated. It unfortunately made the whole bowl not very enjoyable. Staff is really nice and I liked the way you order by compiling a short form with the ingredients you want.

Had a fantastic late lunch here - easy to follow menu with lots of fresh and delicious options. The owner is very helpful and chatty. A relaxed and casual atmosphere. I got a Make your own PokeBowl and cia pudding dessert. Both very delicious and nourishing - made fresh. Portions are bigger than they look! Coffee also very good here Definitely coming back for the fruit bowl!

What a fabulous find. Very unique, fresh, healthy food and drinks, great service and owners who not only care, but are also happy to chat or guide you through the menu. The poke bowl was substantial and very yummy as was my smoothie. You can order one of their classics or make your own bowl from scratch. Environmentally friendly takeaway options available too. Really excellent.

The staff are really lovely and helpful. They are very very knowledgeable on allergies and diets. They talked us through the menu and ordering process. The owner explained in detail how they prepare gluten free foods in a different kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Highly recommended if you want fresh, healthy food or a juice.

Friendly staff and very good bowls. We had two vegan bowls which we customized. Super tasty! And we had a non alcoholic beer, which was nice as well.

Very yummy and fresh a great breakfast for the start of the day. Love the options you get for making the salads. But the chicken does taste a bit different. Lovely colourful salad and looks very presentable and not messy and very neat. Bagels were very good and fluffy. Smoothies were amazing and good portion best smoothie I’ve had on the island so far. Very flavourful and thick.
