Staff is always great, goes above and beyond. It's the store itself and the mismanagement at the corporate level that's appalling. They know this store is running below mediocre what with no shopping carts, no lighting outside at night or the sparce lighting inside, registers that continually go down and have to run the store with one or close the store if they both go down, garbage and graffiti instead of landscaping, ect. I could go on and on. It's not like these issues have not been brought to their attention by employees and customers alike. They just don't seem to care to do better. Why? I suppose if the store was located in a nicer area they might care a bit more. (?)

First of all if you go there make sure you have some sort of bags because they don't have any which day chose not to inform me of until I was already in line about ready to check out. So I spent about an hour in there with about $150 worth of merchandise in my basket and no bags in my vehicle. So I decided to go to the other Family Dollar about another hour in there mind you this is my first time using their coupon system warning before you do use their coupon system make sure you read the fine print very carefully. Okay so after I go into my vehicle and realized that I had not been giving the discount I thought maybe one day I was supposed two. I went back in and ask talk to the supervisor who is a great help but very slow paced. So I spent about three and a half hours at Family Dollar today. I still didn't get what I needed to get😫

Staff do a good job and they are well stocked but for some reason their machine is down every single day around lunch time. Probably a shortage of staff I'd imagine.

I understand it is the corporations fault of why sometimes this store isn't opened because of being short staffed. As well they usually only have one register working at a time when there are other employees just stocking or on breaks. But like I said I understand that it is management. The employees are kind considering what they have to go through working here. The store however is not reliable because you never really know which days it will be opened or closed.

They don’t open at 8am like they say

Shop here often since it’s nearby and has cheap prices, but they should use both registers often. Usually there are quite some lines that occur due to only one register being open. Depending on the cashier your experience may be different due to some acting like they want to quit, and a couple who are genuinely nice and outgoing.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times doctor sig has saved the day and yesterday was no exception. I went in distraught and came out hopeful for my fur babies life. Thank You Loma Lina Animal Hospital staff for everything you do and have done for me and my furry and spikey family members.

I like going here its quick in and out and easy to find items the store associates are Very nice.
