Decided to give this place a try. Lady taking my order was very direct, she wasn't rude or anything but I'm sure some customer may take offense to her directness which I get for the area. Once I order and tipped she was friendly. The meal itself is pretty good value, though the chicken wasn't very flavorful. The salsa definitely help give it better taste. Got the regular which was still pretty spicy. Received 4 or 5 tortilla which is a good amount for this order. The potato salad was good but did not like the rice at all very bland. Meal comes with a drink, grabbed ice and had a mosquitoes in my ice. Rinse water and got soda but the coke tasted like carbonated water.

El Pollo Loco?!?! What's That?? That's what You'll say if you stop into The Golden Chicken - aka El Pollo Dorado. This Restaurant goes Above and Beyond the call of duty in that they aren't satisfied unless You are Satisfied. Jasmine ran the front counter during our visit. She was Awesome! Took care of us quickly and effortlessly. The Real Star though obviously is The Chicken. Jose, who has run this restaurant since 2004 does an AMAZING Job making and serving chicken. You'll be hard pressed to find a Chicken Cooked Better than Jose and crew cook their chickens. Give them a try and let them Dazzle You with their Wondrous Skills in the kitchen And on the Rotisserie.

Atmosphere was so bad. Came in here to buy a meal I saw on the Google photos I was instantly interrupted by we don't value those prices on the photos I explained my question wasn't towards pricing idgf how much it was I was just asking what was the meal called but as soon as those words came out of my mouth looks like homeboy that either owns it or runs it walked up to the desk with the bad intentions dude needs church like how do you treat your customers so bad specifically on Easter day. Jesus Christ I rebuke any bad energy that came towards me from this place. Anybody who reads this God bless you and just be mindful.

Family orientated, they treat you well. Customer service is the best. Their food is all done there, very fresh and tasteful. Would definitely keep returning..

Pretty good overall. Good food & at reasonable prices. No complaints. Keep up the great work guys.

Food Chicken was hard and dry, prepackaged tortillas, stale potato salad. No my stomach feels sick and I only ate a few bites.. Maybe it was a bad day for them!

Food is great! and good customer service! Sometimes it has like a water damage smell.

Chicken was great. Pototo salad was a little mushy. It's been different for a while. I don't know what they changed but it's not the same. We've been going here since the 90s.
