Update, the food was really very good today. I once again had the meat feast. It consists of one Italian sausage and two meatballs served with spaghetti and meat sauce. The last time I was here I was convinced it had no flavor but this time it was really good so I think my taste was off that day. Anyway your meal comes with soup or salad and they bring you a nice loaf of sourdough bread as well. Our waiter was Jake and he was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. He is also the bar tender. So if you get Jake as your waiter or bar tender, you will enjoy the service.

I went to the Spaghetti Factory for the first time for a birthday and I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! How have I never been here??? The food was so delicious and amazing!! The server was also super nice and the establishment was very clean! I had an overall great experience. I will definitely be coming back soon and trying more items off the menu.

Food was tasty. Get the cheese bread. Brieland our server was great, even offered to take our photo. Best of all, the Italian ice cream came free. And the wait time was only 10 seconds.

My husband and I go here 2-3 x’s a month. We have always ordered the Crab Ravioli, we just found out they now have added lobster with the crab, we can't wait to try it. The other dish we order is the Managers Special Spaghetti with the mushrooms and bacon sauce, it's so tasty. We alternate between those two dishes . We have found we can easily split the meal between us both since you receive salad and bread. We then top it all off with ice cream after our meal.

Visited today, and it was delicious! We were the first customers of the day, so it was empty, but soon, people started showing up. Their combos are delicious! The staff was really nice, everything was really clean. Definitely recommend.

Positives- - The Factory itself looks to be in great condition and gives you a great feel when dining in. -We were sat within 5 minutes upon arrival without a reservation. -They seem to offer a great selection of options for food. -We sat in the trolley, very cool idea and we enjoyed the seat. Even though , in the trolley, we had very poor lighting to the point of having to squint to see food or menu items. The seating on the wall seemed more comfortable. -Food runner and server seemed friendly in nature. -We were given 2 old spaghetti factory cups, which were used later that night for a great mixed cocktail. Negatives- *The host and waiter seemed to not enjoy their jobs. The waiter seemed to have little to no menu knowledge. *The Italian soda had a very syrupy taste and was mainly carbonation. *The same tomato sauce that was provided for the garlic bread, was also the same sauce for my chicken parmigiana. *We had thought the sauce may have came out of a can, the waiter confirmed that it did come from a can. *I asked for coffee and the server told me that the coffee taste like poop, that he wouldn't recommend it because he wanted us to have a great experience and that the coffee would ruin that experience for us. We did not order coffee. Summary: This was my first experience at Old Spaghetti Factory, statements made above are for review information only. Delicious. I always enjoy Old Spaghetti Factory. Highly recommend the Italian Sausage with Meat Sauce. Prices have gone up, but haven't they everywhere? Friendly service with zero wait time even though it seemed pretty busy. Very clean restaurant with the ability to accommodate large parties (they told us they had a party of 50 there). TVs in the bar area and outdoor seating available.

Went there for lunch with the wife and it was great! I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. The inside of the restaurant was extraordinary. With the old retro style trolly sitting in the middle almost made me feel like I was outside, in san Francisco.

The setting was fun, albeit a bit arrogant (which was intentional, so take that with a grain of salt) The broccoli, butter, and cheese starter was probably the best dish of the night. I ordered the famous baked lasagna, and the lasagna itself was perfectly fine, but not amazing. Almost not ricotta cheese, but a good amount of sausage and marinara sauce. But then they topped with a different tomato sauce that was way too sweet for my taste. But the service was top tier! Everyone was friendly and responsive, and took great care of us. Would've gotten 5 stars if that sauce wasn't overwhelmingly sweet.

Drinks and food was delicious. Kids meals are great portions. Kids meal was spinach ravioli. Amazing Fresh bread was brought right away. Spaghetti and meat sauce with meatballs was delicious. If course I love the house dressing for my salad. Cant go wrong.

OSF has been my favorite restaurant chain since I was a kid. Redlands location has become a staple for our Sabbath lunch too. Thank you Redlands team for hosting our last minute group as we were seeking a good meal before a funeral. Everything came out quickly with friendly service and much patience. Bread, salads, drinks and pasta were all great. Hoping to be back soon.

So for 6 dollars I got a Italian cream soda. It was almost all ice. Sure you get the glass, but you buy it for the soda. Keep the glass and give me the soda

Food was ok. Service wasn't that great, but she seemed new. The place looked awesome except they could probably wash their carpets once in a while.

If you want classic italian pasta well-made, then come to the old spaghetti factory. Their menus are simple not like some restaurants that have 4 pages....just for appetizers. The vibe was awesome, per usual as other spaghetti factory restaurants. But if you haven't been into one, it has the class, vibrant and elegant feel to it. The staff also we're great. This location ranks up there to other old spaghetti restaurants I've been too 🙌🏽

Our waiter is busy. Napkins we have to ask. 🚺 They can do better to improve their cleanliness. Other than that, we enjoyed each other's time.

We walked right in and were seated with no waiting on a Saturday night. The waitresses were prompt and the food was good, this time I had the lasagna, my husband had the meatballs and spaghetti. I love that they give you ice cream at the end of the meal😊. We had not been in since before the pandemic but we’re happy that we went.

The spaghetti is really good also enjoy the bread ... food takes time to make it to the table place is typically packed

This was one of the worst places i have ever eaten at we never had a waiter. Everbody around us was getting service. They never came and ask was everthimg ok. Asked for ranch on salad dry. What was so sad the black waiters never even looked at us he went around to everyone table that was not black asking are they ok. Food was so bland i could have cryed i begged to go here and total disappointment. Please people of color dont waste your money $51.73 wasted sad. And this is what they gave us for or food to go. We never got offered no info about the menu we had to people help us ine took the order the other one drop it off. Those people never asked us did we need anything it was like we didnt exist. Now i cant pick the restaurant no more. Im so sad i realy can cry 😢
