This place was filthy! Food on the floor everywhere splatters on the tvs outside, the menus were caked with food smudges. I sat on the outside patio (because inside was so disgusting) and every single table was stacked with food and dishes. I had to stand and wait for someone to come clean one for me and my family to sit. When I got served I ordered a chicken sandwich the sandwich & fries were cold, the lettuce was brown and there were several french fries that looked chewed on

Chili's has some good deals and they had a $5 St. Patrick's day margarita. The margarita was tasty and included a shot of Jameson's. The service was a little slow, but we were able to sit right away outside and the weather was beautiful. The food was good, as expected.

Was impressed by this location and it's staff. It's menu was full of variety and pricing was decent. The drinks we ordered were made very well and the food ordered was made quuckly and served with no delay or issues.

On this particular Friday night, this Chili’s was packed. Thankfully we were able to get a table with a 10 minute wait for four. They were really efficient at getting the next table ready when a group left. I ordered the chili for the first time. I was very underwhelmed. The chili was too salty and had very little meat in it and it seemed over seasoned without enough ingredients to balance it out. For a place that has chili in their name I was expecting more. The service was nice though.

Food was good, waiter was good but took a while to get his attention. Tables could have been cleaner. They were also sticky.

They have the best Fajitas and blended margaritas here. The food was sizzling coming to the table and our server stopped by and attended to all of our needs and told us about new items on the menu.

A friend of mine texted @ about 9pm on a Friday asking if I wanted to go grab a bite when she got off work. I texted back "Sure." She wanted to go to Wing Stop because they were open until 12am, & she was craving wings. We were there for half an hour without being helped, so we left. We were in the car wondering where to go because she was kinda hangry.😄 We drove around spotting a Chili's. My friend said we should go there because they also had buffalo wings. l glanced @ the restaurant's hours noting that they close @ 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Looking @ my phone, I saw it was 10:35pm. As we walked into the restaurant, I said "Hey, they close @ 11pm. Hopefully, they serve us." She replied "I hope so." The host looked over @ us & asked how many. Right away, he led us to a booth. The waiter was quick & attentive. I ordered a 12 Piece Original Wings half w/Sweet Chipotle Sauce & the other half w/ Sweet (Thai) Chili Sauce plus a Lemonade. The accompanying photo is of my 6 Sweet Chili ones. I forgot to take a pick before eating some. My friend ordered a half order of the Texas Cheese Fries, the 8 Piece Boneless Wings w/Buffalo Sauce & a soft drink. Now, I only gave the food a 3 star rating because I believe there were problems w/both orders. Beginning w/my order, the drummets of my bone-in wings had a strange gelatinous substance on them, so it was half my order of wings that was like that. I tasted it, & it was like jellied chicken broth. It was weird, especially since the outer part of the wing was crispy. It almost put me off eating the wings. In all my years of eating chicken wings, I have never had that. Ok, moving on to my friend's order. She really enjoyed her Texas Cheese Fries, but her Boneless Wings, not so much. When the girl server placed the Boneless Wings in front of my friend, my friend immediately asked what kind of sauce was on them. My friend had ordered Buffalo Sauce & the sauce on those wings did not have the bright red orange tint that Buffalo Wings have. The sauce actually looked more like the Sweet Chipotle I had on half of my wings. The female server said she wasn't sure, so she took the plate back to the kitchen to find out. When the plate returned, it was being carried by the manager. He said "I talked to our chef because the coloring didn't look right to me either, but he assured me it was Buffalo Sauce. I also took a sniff & it smells like it." I raised an eyebrow @ the taking a "sniff" part. The manager placed the plate before her. My friend acted like she accepted it. But, as soon as he walked away, she took a bite & immediately said to me "This is not Buffalo Sauce!" I looked @ her "Really?! What does it taste like?" She sighed & replied "I don't know, but not like Buffalo Sauce." I kind of scowled, & then said "Ok, is it @ all spicy?" She glanced up @ me from her plate. "It has a little bit of a spiciness to it." I asked "Is it kind of sweet?" Her eyes grew wide as she looked @ me. "Yeah, it is! Why did u ask that?" I smirked, & then answered. "Because, it looks exactly like the Sweet Chipotle Sauce I have on half of my wings. I think the cook did't want to admit he made a mistake putting the wrong sauce." I didn't tell my friend the other thing I thought. The cook probably didn't want to redo the order because they were probably already closing down the kitchen since it was passed 11pm. I gave only 3 stars for service because of the mix up w/my friend's order. We split the bill 50/50 so we paid $23 & some change, not including tip. I don't think I will be going to Chili's for their wings again. I just can't get over that gelatinous stuff on the drummets. I know they have other good food so I would go back for that. So, my eating experience that day was mediocre.

My booth was horrible and everytime the people on the other side moved i got bumped. The floor under the table was greasy and slippery making it difficult to slide in and out. THE SOUP WAS REALLY WATERY AND SALTY. THE CHIPS WERE COLD AND TOOK 3 TRIES BY OUR PATIENT WAIT STAFF BEFORE THEY WERE ACTUALLY SORTA WARM. The resturant needs to hire .....lots of people still go out and the wait for a table etc could be better.

Can’t say one bad thing about this location. Place was clean, staff were friendly and smiley. Food was delicious. I will definitely come back.

Our last three visits to this location was disappointing seeing their past good service deteriorating. All three times we arrived on Saturday at 5pm with many people waiting. Half the tables were empty and half of these had dishes not cleared. Both hostesses were talking and laughing with each other about something other than trying to get people seated. Fifteen minutes later we were seated at a dirty table with food on the floors. Fortunately our server was great, the food was good like always, but it was evident there is no good management taking care of this once great restaurant.

This is a great meeting point to meet my clients and go over offers. 😊 The service was great. The chips and drinks were flowing and allowed us space to spread out and look at different documents.

The place is typical mediocre American mass chain food. We were gifted a gift card, so we went. We chose from the option on the back of the menu to get a drink, appetizer, and entree at an affordable price. My portion was large enough to take some home (a fairly tasteless "Cajun" shrimp pasta). The chips and salsa were a tasty entree. The chips were thin and crispy, but not greasy. The salsa had some depth of taste. My cocktail tasted nice. We wouldn't have gone, if not for the gift card, but it wasn't entirely bad. Meh. 5/10, Might Recommend.

What an awesome dining experience. I will start by saying that I don’t typically eat at Chili’s. The staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. We were checked on by at least 3 people and I think one was the manager. Everyone was awesome. My girlfriend and I came in for dinner on Saturday night at about 9PM. Earlier in the day, We had an awful dining experience at a swanky restaurant in La Verne. Service was terrible!! (Chase’s in La Verne) I was honestly surprised that my experience at Chili’s in Upland, specifically with the service team, was so remarkable. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The food was pretty good but it felt like it was made in a rush. Our server was great and helped take care of all our needs.

Food was good and quickly delivered but the online experience was poor. First order bounced and was told to call the restaurant, but nobody answered. My bank notified me the a charge for my order was pending. I went back to the chili’s website and got a reorder message, so I did and then called the restaurant to verify I hadn’t placed two orders and to customize it. Asking for sauce on the side or any other request cannot be done through their online ordering system. I hope that someone from Chili’s reads this because this is a another and frequent complaint: during peak hours there few if any curbside parking spots for order pick up. Walk-in customers are using those spots even though they are reserved for take out. I think larger signs to identify curbside pickup for takeout orders will make it harder for them to ignore—and there is something inside us that makes us feel guilty about violating a policy if we know we’re going to be caught. It makes it clear to the customer as well as passers by that the person is parking in a space reserved for someone else.

Ordered party platters for pick at 6:30pm on Jan. 3rd. I get a call from a manager at 6:26pm that they couldn't make my order. They have no grill & we're out of chicken wings. I was already there to pick up the food when I got the call. The manager offered no other solutions & just smiled & said sorry. I asked how long the grills been broken & he said all day. I asked him, didn't you think to call people ahead, especially those who ordered party platters, and tell them you weren't going to be able to fulfill the order. Even direct me to another store, but no you chose to do absolutely nothing. Your customer service & problem solving skills need some work. Never again Chili's 😒

The hostess sucked. She was sloppy and rude. Our waitress on the other hand was pretty cool. When my cousin got her meal the beans were dried out and her food was cold. Our waitress was on top of that. ( thank you). Other than that it good.

Every Thursday the coworkers and i come in for margaritas and appetizers. The atmosphere is very chill, the bartenders make good strong drinks and the waitresses have great recommendations. I appreciate that they let you know the specials right away, and if they find a better deal for your order they let you know. Very friendy staff.

Food delivered cold, missing a complete dinner and 2 deserts not delivered. Inconvenience at the very least. I called the restaurant and... The rest of my order was left sitting at the restaurant. This is an ongoing issue at this location. I was told I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days! What ever.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have no problem waiting longer due to staffing issues, but bad service is no excuse. Curbside not available, no problem but you need to put a sign in the parking area saying to come inside. Had to come back and pick up missing items and was accused of lying about it. Then they didn't even apologize when the to go person said yes it was out fault. Then they said that it would be 20 minutes to make the burger and I couldn't wait, so now I have to request a refund online. We are beyond upset!!!

Came with my son for dinner. The place has a warm environment and the service is friendly. My son ordered the Chicky Chicky Blue and he really liked it. Way too much to finish. He says if you like blue cheese this is for you. We also ordered the hot wings and they were good. Sadly they gave us a filthy dish with the hot wings. I also ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and it was clear that the shrimp was not fresh and there was no spice to speak of. So our experience was half good, half not so good.

I ordered 2 meals through the chili's app to be delivered for dinner. When I recieved my order, I sat down at the table ready to eat my Buffalo chicken sandwhich. I took a few bites and noticed that the chicken had a weird texture. I inspected the chicken and it was raw. I was disgusted and lost my appetite immediately. I called the restaurant to notify them about the raw chicken. All they offered me was a $20 certificate instead of a refund for the meal. I will not be dining or ordering from this place ever again. If you decide to dine here please be careful. I definitely would suggest to dine or order food from somewhere else. As a restaurant, it is important to make sure that every meal is fully cooked. This is unacceptable and many people can get really sick from poorly made food. Do better chili's because this is horrible.
