Great Mushroom Burgers (something I don't usually order places, but I tried it here and it's seriously addicting. The flavor is worth extra minutes of cardio to burn it off) & fries. Everyone in the family loves there burgers & strawberry lemonade.

Delicious food & good service. Also they had “3 for me“ menu which start from 11$ and contains a main course, side and drink. I definitely will visit again.

The hostess was very rude and not Friendly at all. Nor was the manager. Took for ever to get a seat he said they were short staff . 5 waitress working in the bar area. He finally sat us were we had stood for 20 minutes waiting for a table again it made no sense... we asked if we could just sit he said No... The waitress was training a new girl they were both wonderful and great. We WILL NEVER GO TO THAT ONE AGAIN...

Chili's has a great variety of burgers, chicken, steaks and seafood with a little menu for the little ones and a paper activity menu to keep their attention while waiting for the food. Love the value menu. Pick three with great basic, upgrade and premium levels from a big chicken sandwich on the basic, or chicken strips ( chipotle flavor is the best) or premium you can get a 6 oz steak. They also have an upgrade on the drink for $2.50 you can get a bud light, Coors light or margarita.

We had the burger special advertised on tv Mine had a Burger With a Loaded baked potato soup And fries. My wife had a salad with hers......our wateress isabel was very good

Danielle was amazing 👏 she made the experience. The sirloin was cooked to perfection. Portions are fair for price you get alot for $20. A rink specials and tons on tap.

Service was slow, hostess didn't know where to sit us, put us in the bar area with our 9yr daughter. Only one server on the bar side and one for the rest of the restaurant. My wife orders unlimited soup and salad, and brought out 3 cups of ranch for a side salad. She had 2 salads, and 6 cups of ranch, of which she only needed 1.

Great atmosphere. Great service. Great bartending. Cold refreshing beer. I didn't eat anything so I can't comment on the food. Just a cool place to chill out.

We were here for two hours. The orders were messed up and even though we were told they would bring out the replacements, they never did. We got fed up and just wanted to pay our bill. After waiting for 10-15 to pay, we got up and asked for the manager who finally got us taken care of. We usually love this place but it has gone down hill for the last 3 years and hasn’t recovered quite yet

Update: my friend and I came back again to Chili's to have dinner. We we're seated in the bar and had a wonderful dinner and a great cocktail. We had outstanding service! Chili's in Redlands California is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. They have delicious meals. I love the shrimp tacos. They are the best you've ever tasted. They have delicious cocktails as well. We go as often as we can.

Visiting from Torrance for a playoff HS game. We needed to get to Redlands early to traffic. We decided to go to Chili’s. Best decision! Love the food and staff. Great time! BTW, the prices are awesome! Thank you Chili’s!

It was a busy night but the service was good and the food was tasty. We had a large group and still the service was good. One down side all the meals were not brought to the table at the same time so a couple of guest had to wait for their meals. Being a little late approx 7:00pm the restaurant was orderly and clean for the end of the day after a lot of guest.

They were short staffed so there was a longer wait but everyone did an amazing job. Our orders were correct and the food was delish.

an awful experience. Never a had a problem such as this one. They choose a place for the customer to seat. You don't have a choice. Not only this . The manager was very rude when I asked to be seated somewhere else. Don't quite know what will happen to this review or if it going to be considered. Respect should be always be a priority. This happened on a Friday afternoon at approximately at 2.16 p.m. myfriend and I walked out of the facility.

It was a good food experience. Good customer service, it was great. the only big issue here with the restaurant is men in the girls' bathroom. So with that me and my family are no longer going here. If you truly care about your child, go with them and protect your girls from seeing that.

The bartender Blane was amazing. She was quick to take our order and the wait for the drinks was very short considering how busy the restaurant was. The food was hot and tasted great. The bar has multiple television sets that were playing different sports that were in clear view from anywhere you sat in the bar. Oh and the Margaritas were to die for. My wife and I will definitely be going back to this establishment.

My fiancée treated me to Chilis for lunch. The service was great and the food was hot and delicious and the drinks were spot on! We ordered the fajitas trio 😋 and we will be returning. We even ordered dessert😋

We went there tonight for my Brother's Birthday and the food was cooked well not like the last time in December but need more servers as ours was good we left her a good tip

We brought the family in for dinner. Our waiter was amazing, funny and entertaining. Food came out quick it looked good and tasted better. Overall we had an amazing experience.

We usually go to the hospitality location but wanted to try this location. After waiting 50 minutes and seeing multiple people who arrived after us receive their food we were told our order was never placed to the kitchen. How are you a server and don’t realize your table hasn’t received their food after 50 minutes?? Also, with kids waiting patiently for their meals. Sad service. Seems careless. 0 stars if I could. We will keep going to the hospitality location.

Well, this time we had a good time. Well, we usually do. The wait time wasn't to bad at this location, 20-30 mins for being a Saturday evening. One thing i always appreciate at this chain restaurant is the nice cold beers. And the variety as well. The service was good and prompt. The greeters we're very friendly and so was our waiter. Food was appetizers good. It was a good time overall. Give it a try! 👍🏽

Nothing special. Nothing to really complain about either. It’s an alright chilies 🌶 I have notice though the chicken crispers original ones aren’t as good as they use to be. But then again I have noticed the same with other original chicken crispers at a few other chilies restaurants as well. Otherwise everything seems to be good.

Went to chilis today I usually love it there, but today the service was horrible. The waitress took about 20 min to get our order. we waited more than 40 min for our food and It never came. We asked to speak to the manager and he never came. We left and will never be back

The only reason I gave at least one star is because the waiter was great but, DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN FAJITAS!!! Served undercooked chicken. I ate 1 1/2 strips realizing it was undercooked. Sick the entire night and next day! Why are amateur cooks in the kitchen? You could kill somebody!

Not sure if water, ice, or cups were Dirty but all of our cups of water came out with black little specs, some on the actual cup some in water and some on ice. Order was taken wrong. Lemonade Is watered down. We had to ask for EVERYTHING. We all ordered from the lunch menu and it was so dry (burger, avocado sandwich, wings, chicken tenders) even the ranch was watered down. Nothing was cleared from our table. I tried to pay on their little pad thing to just get out asap but we had to wait for them to add it. Even my kids noticed lol We Couldn’t wait to leave, such a bad experience.

This place is great if you have noisy, messy kids and want a reasonably priced meal. Service has been good overall. The food is great for a chain restaurant. But best of all, I don't feel like I need to leave if my two-year-old lets out a bloodcurdling shriek or two.

Great food and plenty of it. Our server was nice and friendly . We didn't have anything wrong with this visit. We will be going back.
