Great view of the entire city and the Andes at the top of the tallest building in South America! It was cheap and well done. If you go to the very top floor, it is actually open at the top and you can feel the breeze... it was pretty cool to literally be standing at the top! Go 30 mins before sunset so you get to see it in sunlight and dusk. Very cool, don't skip this!

Excellent shopping mall with many many store and fantastic restaurants. The tower is sure to bring you here, but the shopping center will keep you busy for an entire day. Everything was very well kept and easy to navigate with plenty of security and a wide selection of stores from top to bottom.

I loved the Costanera mall, my family and I really enjoyed it, there were many shops and restaurants in the mall, it was also very organized and clean, the employees were very friendly all the time. I would definitely buy and visit this place again when I return to Chile, 100% recommended for families, friends and couples.

American tourist here visiting Chile. Massive mall with many floors and lot of food choices to go. Almost all brands I could possibly think of minus the high end brands such as LV, but it has everything you could possibly want. Top floor has a lot of good restaurants you could want!

The Costanera Center shopping mall in Santiago, Chile, is an impressive destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Its striking architecture, combined with the unique view from the tallest tower in Latin America, creates a stunning experience. The numerous options for shopping and dining, along with the comfortable atmosphere and customer service, make it an ideal choice for those seeking a rich shopping experience. Overall, my experience at the Costanera Center would be rated with 5 stars.

Great place to see the whole city!!! The view is amazing. I suggest to get tickets in advance. The day I went here, the line to get the tickets was long and the place was almost closing.

This is one of the finest and busiest commercial centers in Santiago. You can easily get there from at least 2/3 underground stations. Having said all that, Prices are on the expensive side and the site does have a kind of tarnished reputation because of a number of suicides, people jumping from the upper floors. Yes, it’s not the administrators responsibility but be aware. The sites from the top of the tower, the tallest in Santiago, are awesome, particularly the snow capped mountains in the Cordillera de Los Andes.

Very affordable. Do not miss an opportunity to see this place. We had a 7 hour layover & this was the one place we went to see with our young children. The children were all free. Staff & security is very friendly! And there’s a lovely bar/restaurant up the top. The views are unmatched, we got there at 6pm so we got the night time view. 100% recommend!

Good shopping place. Relatively safe compared to central parts of Santiago. You can find almost anything you need, and services you want. There is an observation deck at the top of this tallest building in South America.

This very nice extensive mall is next to the tallest building in South America, the Gran Torre Santiago, in the heart of Santiago, Chile. The stores were extremely well stocked and the mall is spacious and well designed. You can shop here until you drop on it's six levels and massive number of retail outlets. The prices are like the ambiance, a bit above average.

I visited Sky Costanera viewpoint for the second time and I certainly enjoyed it. First time was on winter time and at evening to get the perfect sunset and night view. Now, summer time and morning hours. Each season has its own charm for sure! So anytime is perfect. There are 2 levels from where you can get amazing 360° views of the city. Walk around or take a seat and just relax. There is also a cafe/bar if you fancy a drink. Prices are different during weekends. Highly recommended when in Santiago.

Five stories of retail space to showcase famous brands of everything, while the fifth floor is allocated to restaurants and fast foods. The mall is busy, and you can see families come for shopping, eating, and watching movies in the cinemas. One of the problems is the language barrier, it is hard to find an English speaking salesperson in the shops.

Everything is beautiful. The place offers an experience very cool. You can see the whole city in 360°. There, they have a guide that explains the history of like the Chile grew up and too details the places of Santiago city.

Sky Costanera was a simple but great experience, where you can have an amazing view of the whole city from the highest building in South America. At the top, there's a nice restaurant-bar to enjoy the local food and beers. Recommended!

Best view of Santiago hands down. If you go after it rains, the views are spectacular because the smog will be gone. There might also be snow on the Andes. There’s also a great bar at the top. Kinda of a great spot for a date. Go at around 5pm during the winter time and you’ll be able to catch the sunset and get a night view of Santiago after.

Fastest elevator in the southern hemisphere. I just made that up but it's really fast. Amazing views an architectural design.

  • 5/5 Aaron C. 1 year ago on Google
The views here are unparalleled and should be for being the tallest building. Admission was reasonable and the wait time was fairly short. I highly recommend to come during sunset and stay for the nighttime views. Totally worth the visit on my Chilean vacation.

A 5-star review for Costanera Center in Santiago, Chile: The Costanera Center is an awe-inspiring architectural marvel that offers an unparalleled experience in Santiago. As the tallest building in the city at a towering 300 meters, it provides a bird's-eye view of the entire metropolis that is truly breathtaking. The panoramic vistas from this height are simply astonishing, offering a unique perspective on the urban landscape below. Beyond its impressive height, the Costanera Center boasts a multitude of attractions within. The vast mall inside is a shopper's paradise, offering an extensive range of stores and boutiques to explore. From high-end fashion brands to local artisanal shops, there's something for everyone. Additionally, the presence of a super-sized supermarket is a convenient and welcome addition for visitors. The combination of the stunning view, the diverse shopping options, and the convenience of having a supermarket right there makes the Costanera Center a must-visit destination in Santiago. It's not just a building; it's an experience that captures the essence of the city and offers a comprehensive glimpse into its vibrant culture and lifestyle.

This is a beautiful work of art. The observation decks are similar to most with amazing views and a huge mall to match. When it comes to shops there are plenty to choose from including a food court, a must visit when in Santiago de Chile.

Sky Costanara Center was fabulous. Everyone kept telling us that it's the best place for city views and it truly lived upto it. Weekend is from Friday - Sunday, pricing goes up from 12000 to 16000 per person. There are 2 levels - upper level was open from the top but didn't feel too chilly. They also had an event going on with free wine and champagne available -great vibe! Access is thru the mall, 0 level and you return to the 5th level.

If you're visiting from out of town, this place has it all and more. 6 floors of shoppers paradise and 1 floor dedicated to the Foodies (Me). I ate to my heart content, trying a little something from everywhere new and lost time shopping. P.s La sanguchera had the best burger I've had I'm my life.

If you wish to see Santiago from above, this is the place to visit. The views are stunning. The guide is excellent and well worth listening to. You will learn a lot from the guide about the tower and its build. You are free to take photographs and this is also well worth the trip. On the very top floor you are subject to the elements from above, but, still surrounded by glass. This is sometimes closed for safety reasons if it is too wet. You need not be concerned about earth quakes and tremors. The building is designed and built to withstand this to a very high level. This is a top notch tourist spot and I highly recommend it.

Went up to the 62 floor (300m high). Cost 12,000 per person and there is a really nice view on the city and the surrounding mountains

The place was packed with people but they do have nice restaurants and a lot of stores available with friendly staff

I enjoyed the view from the Sky Costanera. The people who work there were very friendly and professional. Worth the price of admission.

Lots of shops, but not all the useful shops. Bathrooms are generally clean. Can be unsafe when too full, especially in large shops and the supermarket. [TRIGGER WARNING] I witnessed a suicide when shopping at a bookstore and asked the administration to explain how they would prevent it in the future, and they dismissed my concerns. It has happened again, and again since.

Its a large Shopping Mall, organized per floor according to shop type: gifts in level 1, women in level 2, men and kids in level 3, sports and tech in level 4 and food court in level 5. I found that organization to be really convenient, but the variety of shops is not that great. Too high a proportion of clothing stores in comparison with other malls.

This place is amazing! So many stores and floors. Lots of stores to shop and the 5th floor enough food choices.

  • 5/5 Sergio E. 1 year ago on Google
This awesome place its a must-see. You can find everything here. International brands distributed in six levels. It has the highest viewpoint in latinoamerica. ( panoramic view of santiago in 360° at 300 mts high). Acces throught the ground floor of mall. Opened 365 days of the year. ( except official holidays).

Biggest mall in Santiago, you can easily loose your phone here. So be extresmly careful when shopping.

  • 4/5 Cristóbal O. 1 year ago on Google
large business park, the tower has offices, a hotel and a meeting and conference room, at the top of the tower there is a 360° viewpoint that can be seen all over santiago. Next to the tower there is a shopping center. the environment around it is very crowded, dirty and with a lot of street vendors.

What stood out the most from this view were the number of helipads! Amazing!

  • 4/5 Thiago C. 2 years ago on Google
A big mall packed with nice different department stores (and people). The food court is not the best, it closes early, not many options and even less vegan ones. It offers a lift to its highest floor by a reasonable amount, it gets cheaper on weekdays though.

  • 4/5 Rafael Casemiro C T. 1 year ago on Google
Multiple floors with a huge variety of stores and services. Only thing missing is a good variety of children stores - like apparels and toys (you should be able to find them at department stores though).

  • 4/5 Nicholas M. 2 months ago on Google New
The sky view is great. It gets very crowded especially for sunset time I would suggest arrive at least one hour before sunset to have time to clear the queue and find a good spot.
