Pésimo, creí que mi estadía en el beni (San Borja) sería muy buena pero fue todo lo contrario, la atención de este hotel fue desagradable en dos oportunidades me atendieron pésimo las chicas, me hicieron ir 2 veces envano, me dijeron que no estaban atendiendo, que había un evento, siendo así yo antes de pasar por el establecimiento pregunte hasta que hora atienden, me indicaron la hora, pasé pero fue todo lo contrario, dijeron que no que no esta disponible el sauna la piscina, aparte que se ríen , se molestan cuando se le dicen sus verdades,en fin deben mejorar en todo.

The bed sheets looked like taken from a childs room (random colours and quality) and were dirty, too. A cockroach fell out of the towel when showering. The bathroom was dirty, there was no curtain, mildew filled the corners. We were not interested in the pool, but it looked horrible. When we asked about it, the guy said it would be cleaned tomorrow. Two days later it still looked like this. We left after one night to a different hotel. We had to come back two times afterwards because they did not manage to write an invoice. The guy charged us 320, "because we left earlier than expected". The infrastructure is one thing. But treating guests like this, showing no interest of making their stay at least a bit comfortable is really bad manner. CAN NOT RECOMMEND!

No lo recomiendo, la toalla sucia, organizan fiestas de cumpleaños y con la bulla que fue hasta las 3:00 am no dejaban dormir, pésima atención

Bastante bueno el hotel, vine por trabajo, no utilice la.piscina, pero su funciona el aire, la ducha, siempre hubo agua en mi habitación, y el personal es muy amable y atento.
