my favorite is actually their salt beef Russian sandwich(no punch given the current Ukrainian crisis). Coffee is decent. Their croissant is from Little Bread Paddler! In my opinion, the pastry itself is worth a visit. The only reason I take off one star is their indoor service is a bit lack of organization.

The place is very nice, they have enough food options. I ordered an avocado toast that was very tasty, the coffee honestly didn't like me. The attention of the place is very good, it could improve the fact that they do not have wifi.

(+) it’s cool, there isn’t anywhere like it in the vicinity; the coffee is good; the cooked food is okay and cakes are good. (-) coffee is pricey; food is overpriced. I like this spot. Sure, there’s a hipsteresq air about the place, but it’s also a comfortable spot to relax with friends or get some pre-work work done. The staff are fine, I haven’t had any negative interactions to date and I’m not a particular chatty so it suits me. It’s pretty busy in the mornings and service can be slow, no big deal if you’re not in a rush. The garden out front is a good place to chill when the weather is decent.

Incredibly friendly team, even when the cafe is packed! I've been visiting Allpress since I've lived in Dalston, and it is far and away the most friendly cafe I've frequented in London. The floor staff are always incredibly accommodating, even when the cafe is booming, and there is a genuine feeling of belonging as soon as you enter the gates. The coffee and food are seriously top-quality, regardless of how busy the floor is. Allpress is a place to enjoy and dwell; a cool and light relief on a sunny day. The team are really well-educated to advise on coffee beans/grinds for home use too, whatever kind of brewing equipment you use. It's really refreshing to get coffee in a place so calming and community-oriented. I would happily recommend to everyone I know, and everyone I don't!

Definitely one of the best coffees in the area they roast their coffee on site which is very impressive and super fresh. The stuff is very friendly and have a great service. I had a latte for the past three days and I keep coming back to this place because it is great.

Paid 3,80£ to drink greenish hot water. Should be cheaper !!! But chai latte tastes good, would recommend.

Nothing wrong with the service, but I had the most terrible batch brew I had in my life. Its completely over extracted and tasted like dark witchcraft medicine. I like your espresso, but please improve on the Christmas blend batch brew recipe.

Best flat white I've ever had -- better than the ones they serve in the opera house in Sydney EDIT - another banger of a flat white. I love the staff here they are some of the friendliest folks around. They are very tolerant too. We're on a first name basis, no big deal.

Great cold brew and nourishing simple food with efficient, friendly service. Love the venue - spacious beautiful outdoors and airy indoors. Very easygoing vibe, computer friendly even during weekends. Highly recommend.

What an oasis of calm in a frantic city! All the staff seem to be super friendly, efficient and interesting people who create a wonderful welcoming ambiance even when it is busy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they know their coffee and food, which are great. Wish I could get there more often.

I’ve been living locally for 8 years now and am a regular at your cafe. I’ve always had lovely experiences with your friendly staff but today unfortunately one of them was really unpleasant to me. I had brought my friend who was on holidays in London for breakfast. We were sitting down being served our food and I asked the server if I could have a hot water and lemon. She said you don’t really do that, which is incorrect as I’ve been ordering hot water with lemon for years, frequently from the table without consequence. She then came back with cold water and lemon and placed it quite aggressively on the table. I apologised for the inconvenience and explained again my order. She went and came back with a hot water lemon and slammed it down on the table. We thanked her and she said nothing back, turned around and I saw that she had rolled her eyes at us. The whole table was really shocked by this. It was really disappointing. After so many pleasant encounters at your cafe, introducing it to so many friends and visitors, this seemed like the last time I could go here. Unfortunately servers like her can taint the overall experience of a place. I’ve let my friends know about this morning and they are really shocked too. The affect of her rudeness can be really far reaching beyond just my experience and I’m just so disappointed.

The quality of the coffee beans is fine, but the issue with this place is that the quality of the end coffee is so hit and miss - often the milk will either be burnt or not heated enough and the coffee ratios are always wildly different. This place is not representative of even mediocre Aussie coffee culture so they can drop that pretense. I've given this place so many chances but from now on am going to rely on the decent alternatives close by with way more consistency and suggest others do the same until they pick up their game.

Beautiful space but £36 for 1kg of coffee? Your coffee is very good, but that’s a stretch. Local roasters like dark arts, which are at least just as good, charge £27-£32. I’ll just drop by for a coffee and buy beans elsewhere.

Lovely kiwi coffee supplier here, the classic flat white probably the best one I've found in the Dalston area so far. Highly recommend for coffee connisuers. Great setting outside too and dog friendly. Very hipster vibes happy to call this place my local spot!

The place to go for great coffee. Allpress has light dining menu, eggs, toasted sandwiches, bakery items. Always freshly made and delicious. Plenty of seating inside, always busy with the young local crowd. Dog friendly, beautifully maintained patio and garden outside with seating. Very friendly and casual. We’ll worth a visit if you are in the neighbourhood.

Charming coffee spot offers a delightful retreat for caffeine lovers. With its inviting outdoor seating area, it beckons patrons to unwind and savor their brew amidst a backdrop of fresh air. The outdoor seating is undoubtedly the highlight of this establishment. Tucked away from the traffic of the streets, it provides a serene oasis for those seeking a moment of tranquility. Whether you're catching up with friends or diving into a good book, the comfortable chairs and wooden tables set against a backdrop of potted plants create an ambiance that is both cozy and refreshing. Of course, the star of the show here is the coffee. Brewed to perfection, each cup is a testament to the artistry and dedication of the baristas. From rich, velvety lattes to bold, aromatic espressos, the menu boasts a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The beans are clearly of top-notch quality, resulting in a flavor profile that is robust yet smooth, leaving a lingering warmth with every sip. Equally impressive is the service. The staff here exudes genuine warmth and friendliness, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're greeted with a welcoming smile and a genuine interest in ensuring your experience is nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the menu is extensive, and they are more than happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences. This has certainly become my new favourite weekend breakfast and coffee meeting joint with my friends.

Good coffees and sweet outside area. Inside atmosphere is a bit stale and the juices are very spenny for what they are. But coffee is good, would always recommend a takeaway from here or a sit outside in the sun.

Wonderful coffee, and the food is great too! Grab the mixed plate, dippy eggs or a plain croissant. Great for a brunch with family, friends or your partner. Very dog friendly too!

Could it be the one of the best coffee experiences in London? Yes. Very obviously yes. The coffee is sublime, the service beyond fault and the menu is refreshingly different to what everyone else is trying to imitate. Allpress is a unique take both in the coffee and the food in an utterly stunning location.

Great coffee and atmosphere in this place - super great beans also. A must-visit in Dalston, especially on warmer days to sit in the garden

Fresh and beautiful place with delicious coffee for conoseurs. I have tried their cupcake with a custard. Lovely. It was wonderful to sit outside surrounded by plants, dogs, and young, busy professionals. No screaming, kids, thanks God. It was such a nice place to relax .

Orange Polenta cake is just amazing. The best cake I've ever tried. (of course coffee is good, though) Lovely and kind staffs are plus.

Came for the barista skills workshop, had an oat mocha before the workshop which was delicious. Just had to share that Izzy was the most wonderful instructor/trainer/teacher, very knowledgeable, great with engagement, very helpful and understanding. If you want to a quality learning experience, look no further. The in-depth detail was amazing and really helpful as I’m a complete beginner in the world of coffee. Highly recommended, will be back to try the food and definitely for the next level of the course. 10/10

Super nice staff. Amazing coffee. The coffee shop looks super cosy, and peaceful. A nice place to read a book. There is a huge glass window where you can see the process the coffee goes through. From coming in to being roasted. Really cool.

Lovely staff. Amazing coffee. Gorgeous space. Allpress has always been my favourite. Their coffee has always been top notch. Such a nice roastery to visit if you're in the area. Lovely garden space outside and stylish inside. Coffee from here is a must.

We did the Perfect Cup Class today. Tutored by Harry in a warm and relaxed manner. An excellent and fun experience. The inclusive brunch was tasty and enjoyable. All staff were friendly and positive. Came away much more knowledgeable. Give it a go.

I was out and about writing a review about the best things to do in Dalston for my blog. I stopped off for a latte and almond croissant at Allpress. I've been there before and the coffee is amazing, the croissant was so tasty I've been dreaming about it ever since! The sun was shining so I sat outside in their private courtyard.

Great coffee, great food, great service. The venue is spacious and clean, the staff are professional and helpful, the prices are reasonable and competitive, the toilets are clean and beautifully maintained... This was just a brilliant all-round experience.

I really like Allpress. They have delicious doughnuts and sandwiches, and their coffee is really good. They're buggy accessible, and have a garden. The traffic is blocked by a fence and plants, and the garden gets decent sunlight. The staff are also really friendly.

    I. am. in love. This was a recommendation from some new friends, and I will now never buy coffee beans anywhere else. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating, big glass walls so you can see where the roasting takes place, super knowledgeable and helpful staff, and I even had a very tasty sandwich. They really know their coffee, and if you’re like me and were looking for “drip” coffee in London, this is the spot. But really, this is the spot, full-stop

Excellent coffee, brunch options and service. Doubt you will find a better location in the city. Lovely garden courtyard with outdoor seating. Inside is equally as nice with booths for larger groups and a relaxed open seating with lots of natural light. You can see the roastery in action. The blend is the crowd pleaser profile, chocolate nuts, one of the best blends in the city.

Probably one of London’s Great Coffee Shops. AllPress Espresso coffee and food are both amazing. Coffee options are great, had a long black and a filter coffee which perfectly woke me up! alternative to also Milk available. Nice layout, good selection of Coffee equipment and merch. Not forgetting a good selection of freshly roasted beans! Staff were all friendly and very welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this place. I have just discovered it but I can say it became my favourite coffee shop in London! They have a good selection of coffee. Their staff is well trained and they know to answer your questions and they know how to sell their coffee. We only had sweets and were absolutely delicious but the food looked amazing as well. I will definitely go back for food and more coffee! Go and have a good coffee. If you go, don't rush, take your time to enjoy your coffee! Trust me, it's worth it!

Superb coffee. Great interior. Well executed. I was there on the Saturday just passed and witnessed the staff calmly handle a pretty rude customer without disrupting the rest of the place. Impressive place
