Horrible and disorganized. Stay away from this place. Had appt earlier in the day, waited in line (5 cars ahead of me) for more than an hour. Had to leave for a different appointment, rescheduled online and I’ve been waiting more than an hour so far. And nobody has come to my car to help me. They just keep walking in and out of the building but not helping anyone. There’s no sense of urgency for these medical Assistants!!!! I’ve never seen a back door place like this before! Unfortunately I need this for travel otherwise I would not be here!!

Haven’t gotten the results of my “rapid” test from yesterday. They’re online portal is basically a shell, and I can’t even send a message. Gonna have to miss another day of work. Got sketch vibes from the start, look like a place a sunny lawyer would send you to. Glad I didn’t give them my social

Hi my name is Linda Lopez .I have Kaiser insurance rather than make an appointment with Kaiser and wait days for a Appointment ,I’ve chosen to go To the urgent care site on Stevens Creek in Santa Clara. I have gone twice and both times , I have had a good experience..everyone is very nice it’s fast and efficient. This really is the way to go. You wait in your car and they get you through very quickly. Thanks again Now the waitings on ,if I get a negative I’ll be a happy camper.

Pros: easy to set up appointment. Waiting time is exceptional. staff is friendly. Cons: After 7 days of waiting for my blood test results, I had to reach out to the clinic for results. It took two phone calls to get to the right person. The first rep said that he would email me the result, and none was sent. Second rep said that she had to reach out to the provider and that someone would call me with the results. I decided it was best for me to contact the PA directly at the clinic for results. IUC is so disorganized that it is best to self-advocate and find your own way to get what you want. Not sure I would go back, unless I had no other place to go.

I did my immigration medical check and forms here. The appointment system is very easy to use, the doctors are kind and efficient, the admin staff are fast and responsible. Easily the best clinic I have been to in the Bay Area. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. This place has billed me for a visit for the last year and a half. Every time I settle the bill, they bill me again. And again. and again, and again. I have been dealing with this for a year and a half. Now they just sent me to collections. So now my credit will be effected for their billing department. My Insurance company keeps notifying them of the mistake and they continue to bill me. I call them every month and they will tell me they will call me back and then never call me back. I am going to the courthouse tomorrow to file my lawsuit. Again, DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of urgent cares around. Skip this one.

Great experience and interactions. Each member of the staff was polite and welcoming. The PA was very thorough and friendly. I appreciated that he also asked about many routine care items making sure that I was up to date on maintenance for my age. Would definitely recommend the team here.

We were greeted at the drive-up area immediately. Considering there were three of us for testing, We waited about ten minutes for the return of the id and insurance card. It was only another five minutes to wait for the technician. She was very pleasant and efficient and explained the process prior to the test. I am very happy with this experience.

Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and nice. The Dr was very nice and didn't mind helping me with my paperwork for work I needed help with and gave me health advice that no Dr I had been in contact with at the hospital had given me to enlighten me with my health condition I was going through. Great bunch.

"It was a clean place, and the workers there were caring and helpful. Just last week, I had some tests and paid discounted prices as a college student, but after a day, I received a new notification from my bank and saw a $179 payment had been deducted. I didn't understand, so I visited the office once more. They understood the issue and assured me they would help, but today, I visited again because the transaction was pending, and today it went through. I needed to get my refund. There was a lady, the first time I saw her - I believe her name was Abreen - she took this situation very seriously, letted people know it's a wrong situation and quickly called some managers to resolve the problem. I am still grateful and thankful to her because, as a student, $179 is too much for me; that's why I went to this company. Anyway, I will never forget Abreen's help and the feeling that she really cared about me. I hope we can find employees like her. If I don't receive my refund in a few days, I will have to visit the company again. I believe my situation was a rare one. It shouldn't scare you. My tests and other details were solved quickly. Just company's payment department should check the things one more time. Just make sure you paid the exact number not more."

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The only great thing was the lovely front desk woman who was clearly doing everyone's job. They were super short staffed, she was running the show- telling someone how to take my blood pressure, weight ..etc.... I didn't mind the wait, it was the physician assistant that I have a HUGE issue with. I walked in with progress of back pain but still out of work and in pain, walked out with so much more way more back pain than what I walked in with. This guy has no business being in medicine. Granted I was asking for a disability form due to a slipped disc I've been working with my Dr's at Kaiser with. Due to some bad billing issues, I had to go to Urgent Care because of the insurance. It's my first time doing this so, & I am not only mortified but also exhausted from the back pain. He not only made me feel so badly for applying into my disability insurance( he doesn't know how to log on, to states: I have to provide him with paper versions from EDD office & paper versions of my kaiser medical records, ITS 2023, YOU HAVE TO BE JOKING), that's not even the worst part: his exam included getting on a table that was super painful for me to do, without lowering the table, made me step onto it.. and after examining my back, he has me lay down and says :" this is the torture part" and raised my leg, and pushed all of his huge weight onto my back, brought me to tears. To which he responded " that shouldn't hurt if it's sciatica" , he continued to bring my leg to the left and the right, completely man handling me. I told him my other ACTUAL Doctors told me there was a slipped disc, perhaps pressing on the nerve. Nobody said anything about sciatica. Tears rolling down my face, this was so painful. He messed up my back so much, I worked weeks with my doctor and a physical therapy office to get my back realigned and his idiot took me back 3 steps. Unprofessional. Ridiculous. No business being in the medical field.

The facility is clean, and the interior has a fresh look. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The doctor understood my issue and prescribed an effective solution, and was also very pleasant and approachable. Overall, a great experience!

I would definitely recommend this place, I need to travel tomorrow to Shanghai, instant urgent care gave a peace in mind by doing rapid PCR test.

I arrived late to my appointment. We had to wait briefly but that was understandable and they still let us see the doctor. Dr. Alan was professional, and the diagnosis and prognosis were clear.

Triage trainee did not know to do a proper BP measurement. All manual BP measurement instruments do not work. Staff seem like they just don't want to be there. PA is knowledgeable

I went there yesterday and the Stevens creek location exceeded all my expectations. I had an appointment late evening for some test and was checked in right away and seen by Dr. Alan within 15 mins. Overall very smooth experience if you have prior appointment. The doc was good and attentive to the need. Never felt rushed.

Booked an appointment online for a physical in advance and also received a confirmation email. But the center canceled my appointment right when I was about to leave home to get to the appointment (essentially 45 mins before the appointment). We were traveling in 10 days and it became difficult to get another appointment on time before our travel and delayed our application. Online appointment system cannot be trusted and the clinic cannot be trusted to keep appointments, creating a lot of delays where time matters. Would recommend to go a more trustworthy clinic.

Was my first time at the Instant Urgent Care facility and I was overwhelmed how friendly the staff members were. They were all very professional, I will recommend them to my parents and friends.

I followed directions and sat in my car at the stop sign. I was there for 15 min. I finally got out and went to the back door to call for someone. They didn't know I had an appointment, even though I had confirmation. After that it was quick and painless

The frontdesk will be good as correctional facility officer: this guys just ask for money, credit card instead of looking for the medical coverage first. The supervisor was there when the lousy concierge was looking for all they matter$$ not my urgent care needs as walk in! They just $$$uc k!

The facility is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. I was unable to get my daughter to be seen at PAMF Mountain View urgent care for severe cough and cold since PAMF has 6hours wait time for urgent illness. I went to the instant urgent care appointment not expecting much, but was extremely surprised by the willingness of the entire staff to help us even with a short staff after 5pm on a Friday. They were also very good with calling back my pharmacy (walgreens) within 5-10min to provide the missing information. I strongly recommend instantuc (Stevens Creek), god bless.

I had the worst experience. I feel scammed. I was scheduled for a covid test that used to be free through my insurance. I had done the covid test at urgent care before without problem. But this time they made me visit a doctor and have additional 1hr PCR. I was surprised when they asked me to wait an hour to be seen by a doctor, after the fact that I already had done the covid test. I was not informed of any of these additional services/charges. I’m concerned my insurance won’t accept the billing. I have Kaiser insurance and usually any other clinic billing is not accepted by them. It all seems a planned course of action to make money through covid test by forcing a dr visit on top of it.

My appointment for COVID test was at 10:30am. I had to wait for almost one hour. (Some people were coughing so I stood outside) Staff & doctor were nice and I got my result in 20 minutes as I was told but I did not received the result via email as requested again. I am glad that I waited in the parking lot to get my hard copy. I did not get the result via email last time as well. It seems as if they have to type the email in the system and maybe they misspelled?! (although I receive their automated emails) I requested to have PCR but I was told that I could have only antigen test since there is a shortage of PCR and only travelers with travel proof can get PCR. I appreciate them but feel sorry that they are trying their best with shortage of staff & PCR.

I appreciate their service, but I can’t see the results of my children who tested at the same time with me. They are 7 and 6 years old so I used my email to register them. Maybe that could be the reason I can’t see their results through the messaging app, but no solutions or precautions are provided.

Came here for a covid-19 test. How it works. Antigen tests 2-4 hours. PCR tests 2-4 days. I did the antigen test and the process took about 30 mins. 1. Make an appointment online. Enter all your info 2. Drive in and wait at the sign... someone will come in about 15 mins to ask what you are here for. You'll be told to park. 3. Someone will come and pickup your ID / insurance card. Wait another 10 mins 4. Someone will come to return your cards. Wait another 5 mins 5. Someone will come to test you. That's it. Ways to improve the flow... * Text stated that I needed to park in the parking lot and wait, but when I came, there's a big sign that states "wait here, don't park" * Text stated I need to send a photo of my insurance. That's fine, but entering my insurance online, sending it via text, then also handing it in person just seems repetitive. It's like calling into bank support and you enter your info and the service rep asks you again when they come on the phone. * I was told I'd be emailed when results are ready. Nope. I never got the email, but the results were ready online a hour after my test. Update : Had to bring it down to a 2 star. I showed my Results today and was told my exam is from a month ago so it's invalid. Instant Urgent Care flipped my day and month. This is CRITICAL if you are using this for travel. Airlines don't mess around. Update 2 : Had to bring it down to a 1 star. They charged me the full amount for the covid-test ($170). I called and they said I had no health insurance. I gave them all my insurance info 3 times before I did this test and I called my health insurance to make sure I was covered on the date of the test. I was told they'll get back to me. I'm expecting a hour or two to check, but she says "in about 2 weeks." Huge waste of time.

I can not comment by now, I have not received the COVID rapid test result as they promised me as 2 hours same day. Now they are closed. My anxiety level is rising. Still waiting….. finally I got it from online portal at 8:20 pm. The sampling process was smooth and service is top.

I am a bit mixed on this one. The service at the center was incredibly slow even though I was the only vehicle in line. They tell you to park in the parking lot by the stop sign but they never come out to look if someone’s there even when you arrive precisely on your reservation time window. There doesn’t appear anybody available to answer the phones either. That said the rapid test was very rapid and I got my results quickly.
