Came
here
for
a
covid-19
test.
How
it
works.
Antigen
tests
2-4
hours.
PCR
tests
2-4
days.
I
did
the
antigen
test
and
the
process
took
about
30
mins.
1.
Make
an
appointment
online.
Enter
all
your
info
2.
Drive
in
and
wait
at
the
sign...
someone
will
come
in
about
15
mins
to
ask
what
you
are
here
for.
You'll
be
told
to
park.
3.
Someone
will
come
and
pickup
your
ID
/
insurance
card.
Wait
another
10
mins
4.
Someone
will
come
to
return
your
cards.
Wait
another
5
mins
5.
Someone
will
come
to
test
you.
That's
it.
Ways
to
improve
the
flow...

Text
stated
that
I
needed
to
park
in
the
parking
lot
and
wait,
but
when
I
came,
there's
a
big
sign
that
states
"wait
here,
don't
park"
*
Text
stated
I
need
to
send
a
photo
of
my
insurance.
That's
fine,
but
entering
my
insurance
online,
sending
it
via
text,
then
also
handing
it
in
person
just
seems
repetitive.
It's
like
calling
into
bank
support
and
you
enter
your
info
and
the
service
rep
asks
you
again
when
they
come
on
the
phone.
*
I
was
told
I'd
be
emailed
when
results
are
ready.
Nope.
I
never
got
the
email,
but
the
results
were
ready
online
a
hour
after
my
test.
Update
:
Had
to
bring
it
down
to
a
2
star.
I
showed
my
Results
today
and
was
told
my
exam
is
from
a
month
ago
so
it's
invalid.
Instant
Urgent
Care
flipped
my
day
and
month.
This
is
CRITICAL
if
you
are
using
this
for
travel.
Airlines
don't
mess
around.
Update
2
:
Had
to
bring
it
down
to
a
1
star.
They
charged
me
the
full
amount
for
the
covid-test
($170).
I
called
and
they
said
I
had
no
health
insurance.
I
gave
them
all
my
insurance
info
3
times
before
I
did
this
test
and
I
called
my
health
insurance
to
make
sure
I
was
covered
on
the
date
of
the
test.
I
was
told
they'll
get
back
to
me.
I'm
expecting
a
hour
or
two
to
check,
but
she
says
"in
about
2
weeks."
Huge
waste
of
time.
