This place is amazing! What impresses most is the connection with nature (Quarry Lakes). I would like to thank @Sailau who always helped me a lot in the reception, presentation, application process and support. Grade 10!

I want to thank Sailau Schwenke for the service. Very attentive, friendly and always smiling, she showed us the apartment and explained everything in detail. We fell in love with Creekside Village. Incredible and very familiar place, they take care of the residents with great affection. I highly recommend!!!

Raul was extremely helpful! He did an amazing job removing a few hornet nests on the balcony. He had excellent customer service skills and deserves a raise immediately! He was also very kind to my toddler, which was greatly appreciated (my toddler doesn’t like most people). He went above and beyond in making sure we feel safe! Thank you Raul!

We've had a very pleasant experience living at Creekside Village for the past five months. Appreciate Ferdows from the leasing office for patiently answering our questions and guiding us through the move in process. The maintenance team has also been very responsive and resolved our issues in a timely manner.

I can't rave highly enough about this place. I feel incredibly lucky to live here, and a big part is the top notch team, maitenance services, amenities, and spectacular views of the creek and Quarry Lakes. Firstly, I was able to rent the unit in one day. I searched for units with washer/dryer and air conditioner (AC), and only a few came up in Fremont. I noticed that places by the hills and water were comparably priced to those not. Creekside was the only place that got back to me immediatialy (everywhere else was a week later) and had a virtual walkthrough. They had a special of $1,000 off if you rented the same day as the viewing, but they said viewing spots were filling up fast: so I asked if they had any creek-side units and they said one, so I rented it right there on the spot, sight unseen. Luckily there were no strange smells, and the view was even more beautiful than the pictures on the site. The unit isn't just creekside but lakeside. There's also endless grill areas, pools and hot tubs, and they recently expanded the gym this year (2023), so now there's cycles, stair master, more weight machines, etc. I would love a rowing machine ;). The neighbors are really, really friendly and not mean at all. It's a wonderful community. One of the best parts is the maintenance team, especially Ricardo and Angel. I mean they go above and beyond. They immediately respond to tickets, and even proactively do walkthroughs yearly to look out for issues. One time the traps on our sinks got too full and the sink overflowed, destroying the floor. I felt terrible but they were so kind, bringing someone in during the middle of the night, and then spent several days repairing it completely, putting in new flooring and ceiling for the unit below, and never a harsh word or bill. Thank you very much.

Our dryer wasn’t heating and one of the maintenance man/assistant service manager Ricardo Perez came out to take a look at it. He did an amazing job! He was extremely hard working and doing so in a professional manner. He even thoroughly cleaned all the debris that naturally occurred during the service. My wife and I are very happy with how he handled the situation from start to end. And I want to also express gratitude to the Creekside village office staff Kaneisha, Ferdows and Gabby all of whom were super helpful and accommodating in the transition of the repair!

Be wary on the way out Living at Creekside Apartments for two years, I had hoped to leave on good terms. But what transpired during our exit was nothing short of appalling. The audacity to slap us with a $900 charge, which included an exorbitant $400 for carpet cleaning on top of a $160 cleaning fee, is downright extortionate. Despite our meticulous maintenance of the unit and allowing for standard wear and tear, these charges felt predatory and unwarranted. I am not saying we left it spotless. We lived there for two years there will be some wear and tear. However, it was not just the unjustified charges that left a bitter taste. The entire interaction with their billing department was a masterclass in unprofessionalism. Their tone was consistently condescending, bordering on rudeness. The incessant phone calls demanding payment, every other day, felt like harassment. When asked for clarity or for them to resort to email communication for record's sake, they flat-out refused. They would not provide any answers to simple questions like "How old was the carpet"! And as if to add insult to injury, there were mistakes in the information they provided. Only after roping in Creekside workers at the property were we able to get Central Billing to acknowledge and rectify their mistakes. In all, our experience with Creekside towards the end was tainted with unpleasant confrontations, unprofessional behavior, and unreasonable charges form Creekside Billing. If you're considering this place, ensure you're equipped to deal with possible future grievances, both financially and mentally thanks to their billing after you move.

This review is mainly for maintenance. Raul and Giovanni did a great job fixing the issues I had and also were very nice in explaining the issues. The high ratings for the people at this community are deserved.
