Upon check-in I shared that I had maxed out on my out of pocket costs and therefore would not have a co-pay ( $40 ). Jennifer Espinoza checked me in, and told me I would need to pay the co-pay, she even called her billing agent to confirm, while I was standing in front of her. I paid the $40 and asked how I would get a refund once my insurance company had confirmed my statement was correct. She begrudgingly gave me a phone number. Next day I called the number - it was disconnected. I eventually got a correct number and spoke to Kerry in billing who asked me to call back in a couple of weeks to confirm the insurance company had corroborated my statement. The Insurance company confirmed on August 21st, so I expected a refund. I didn't get one. So I called on 9/5 and Kerry processed the refund upon my call. I asked why it didn't happen automatically, and if I hadn't have called I wouldn't have gotten the refund I was entitled too. Seems very odd to me, that a company would not make sure they were refunding monies they were not entitled too. Not a great experience at all.

I love Michael even tho I’m new to the office I feel good in his care! He’s very professional , very nice , talks to you in a way you can understand what’s happening instead of using medical terms you don’t no. I was impressed because he did a thorough exam without rushing thru it and answered my questions afterwards! I’m impressed with office everyone is professional!

I had the CoolSculpt treatment. The office was very professional and made sure I was comfortable during the long process. They explained how things work and what typical results are, very informative. I just returned for my final photos and am very pleased with the results which occurred over the past 3-4 months. Highly recommend this procedure to get a little body toning!

I was able to get in really quickly as a new patient which is usually a big hurdle. They were professional and fun. Got a clear diagnosis and May answered some additional questions for me as well.

I had such a great experience with Berman! The staff were so welcoming and NP Cote listened so carefully to my goals. I had Juvederm filler and Botox and 30 minutes later I walked out of the office looking and feeling fifteen years younger!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this skincare center with Nancy. Instead of improving my skin, her treatments left me with even worse acne and damaged skin. She seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the products she recommended only exacerbated my issues. I would caution anyone considering her services to be cautious and seek other reputable options for skincare needs.

Nancy was direct, and very straightforward. She listened intently to my concerns that initially brought me in. She also discovered I had swelling on one side of my head that I wasn't aware of. I appreciate her for her professionalism & help.
