I have some good things to say about the selection at this store, but it's impossible to shop here when the posted hours aren't honored. I checked the opening times and days before I just rode down on my bicycle to get something, and it was closed, even though it was almost two hours before the closing time written on the sign that is hanging in the window. The same hours are listed online, and it says the business updated the listing in the last couple weeks, so I had thought I was safe. I tried calling later, and there's no answer, not even a machine. They have new merchandise in the window, so it seems like someone has been there recently, but I don't think I'll be making a special trip down there again, since there's a good chance the store won't be open.

I saw a few posts about weird opening hours so double checked online, saw that recent hours had been confirmed with the store and headed down in the middle of the business day. only to find the whole place lit up but closed with no mention of hours at the location itself. disappointing.

Store hours online are not accurate. The physical posted signage on door is also not accurate. Went here on 6/29, Wednesday at 1130am (lights off) and 6/30, Thursday at 530pm (lights on) but they were closed even though the additional sign says open at 11am until at least 6pm both days according to the other sign. Called both times but there was no answer. No reason posted as to why doors were locked. See pictures. The signage says open times are 11am-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Best to call to make sure they're open before making a trip here!

I have to echo everyone's sentiments about open hours. Google and the paper source website say they open at 10am Sundays. I arrived at 10:30 and they were closed. No sign on the door or anything. I came back at 11, there was a line of people waiting outside and a worker inside, but door was still locked. After watching us all waiting there for ten minutes, the worker came out and said she wouldn't be opening until 11:30. Still didn't post anything on the door. Why not just let us start browsing?Everybody just left. So weird.

This is a great place to get a lot of your paper craft items and unique gifts. Customer service is adequate generally. The employees could learn to smile more and try to seem genuinely concerned when speaking to customers.

Loved this place. Not only do they have a myriad of cat items, but also llamas.. you name it cards, wrapping, misc gifts; this place has it all, plus great staff

Everything that's good in a neighborhood store, like a friendly and helpful staff. You won't find a desk or chair - nor any office machines. But you will find a much better selection of papers, pens, cards, folders, art boards, and the like - than in any depressing big box behemoth. And better prices in many cases. It's a pleasure to shop here.

This store is really great for finding super cute party supplies, decorations, cards, and very cool gifts and such. They also have beautiful balloons that they can inflate at the store. And the staff is super nice and helpful!
