I usually get take out but today I had time to have an in-person dining experience. The sushi rolls I ordered were fresh and tasty. Service was prompt and attentive.

I'm more a meat & tater guy. But I was pleasantly surprised at Tomos. Staff was cordial, patient and helpful. The eats were very palatable. Prices were reasonable. I'd return. Big plus for this location was that it was a hop, skip and a jump from the movie theater!

Tomo meant "Friend" in Japanese per Taylor (a Tomo employee). Well, it is not just a friendly place, but an awesome place to dine in or order food to go because the food are fresh and delicious. Also, Management (Joshue), Chefs (Michael and Angel) and Waitresses Taylor and Chloe have allowed me and customers alike to have a wonderful experience on being served with camaraderie and being treated as a family. Every Tomo employee is working with a "Team effort" kind of attitude and really providing great service, but the one that is doing and exceptional job is Taylor. Her customer service, her communications toward customers, her demeanor, and her professionalism are outstanding. I recommend Tomo highly to everybody in experiencing what Customer Service and Hospitality is all about. Well done and Keep up the great work.

Just bad food. I thought "hey, its sushi. Rice and fish. How bad can they really make it" boy was I wrong.. probably worse sushi I ever had. I just kept feeling sorry for those fish.. they really died for nothing. Service was great though! Very friendly staff.

Dinner👎👎 Nice staff Nice interior . Very spacious Ordered : 10 x piece chef selection nigiri : It was sub par quality and nothing stood out. No toro, No chutoro, no Uni , no amaebi, no ikura, no unagi etc etc .Very disappointing . Strike 1 Stadium roll: shrimp tempura topped with tuna and spicy mayo with a side of fried soft shell crab. SS crab was over fried. Very hard to chew. Spicy mayo was way too thick. The ingredients did not mesh well. Taste was bland. Strike 2 The nigiri rice had no vinegar. Strike 3 Miso and salad included : miso was good , but the salad was wilting and not crisp. Hot sake : very good This place has so much potential, but it did not forefill my Japanese cravings. Good place for people who don’t know. If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 Happy Eats.

Very pleasantly surprised with how fresh the fish was on the Nigiri I ordered. Their Udon is really good too. For a place in the city, for this quality, the price is more than fair.

We had a Philadelphia roll, Spider roll, Smoked Salmon roll, Spicy Crab C. roll. Again, food was delicious and service was exceptional. Will always come back for more!! My child loves the Udon bowl!!

Burnt shrimp tempura in sushi rolls. Edamame portion like a leftover. Overly-fried, oily gyoza. No utensils (chopsticks). Only 4 little packs of soy sauce for 4 rolls.

Perfect Sushi that hit the spot! Cold Japanese beers on tap, endless choices of Sushi and fast friendly service. Could not fault Tomo Sushi. The stadium roll (pictured) had more ingredients than you could poke a chopstick at! It tasted so good we ordered another! The Gyoza was done to perfection and the dipping vinegar added a a good amount of bite.

Been here twice and really enjoyed it. It’s a nice, unpretentious sushi spot where the food is great, staff is vibrant and friendly, and very easy to access.

Big selection of big sushi rolls! Ask for the photo menu to see what they've got. I loved the Sumo, Stadium, and tomo. It was nice to watch the Giants game too.

Delicious Sushi I drove an hour to get to this place to try it as I have heard many recommendations of it. It is good but i have had better sushi

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was mediocre at best. $15 for calamari rings that came out of a package. $20 for a 49er roll that was so over-wrought with competing flavors that I didn't know what I was eating. The saving grace was the Hamachi Toro Nigiri, but at $11.50, I've had much better for less elsewhere. I mention the high prices, but quite frankly, I'm very willing to pay a fair price, if not overpriced food, but quite frankly, this was not good. Waste of $50.
